I've actually heard fat chicks use some kind of injury as an excuse for being fat a lot of times. The old I-can't-exercise excuse. You could:

1. Cut down your calorie intake.
2. Do forms of exercise that don't require the injured area (last time I checked, you don't need two arms to operate a treadmill).
3. Resume exercise before you resume camwhoring.

Even if that excuse were true (and it isn't), that means she was borderline fat already. You don't get outright fat right away, you get a little flabby, and lose it right back. (Also note that she blames a man for her problems.)
