I have a summer job currently and have been interested off and on in one of the owners daughter's who is technically my boss. I know that it probably wouldn't be hard to get a bang if that's what I was going for because apparently she hasn't been laid in over a year now. I'm not sure if I should even ask her out though. Most of the other guys here think she's not worth looking in to because she can be kind of a pain in the ass at work. Well a bunch of us hung out the other night and we figured out that she was gunning for our co-worker who was with us but not interested. Anyway any thoughts? Also a friend of mine is visiting for five days so I would lose that time and I hopefully will be going back to school an hour away while she would be finishing up locally. So that's a factor.

If you can find other bitches, don't bother with this one. Unless you REALLY don't have a choice. If you really want to keep your job (unless the boss is really cool with that, or the job is almost over), don't shit where you eat! Bitches ain't THAT hard to find!

Eh in this town they kind of are. I'm done on the 17th and hope to get an internship next summer and not have to work here again. Also she's just a manager by status really. Doesn't have much authority other than her influence on her parents who are co owners.

It sounds like you are answering your own question then. But I have a rule called the ACE rule, which stands for avoid costly entanglements. My life has always been simpler and better when I adhered to that rule. Just my $.02

Dude none of us know your situation like you do. Take the action that feels right to you. If you want to fuck her and you think there won't be consequences for your job, then go for it.

Personally I wouldn't ever jeopardize my income like that.
