whats up, people. I've got texting anxiety and know it's a problem and that it has began to screw up my level of alphaness. I need to eliminate the temptation immediately, and was hoping for some help with how to let it go, surely I'm not alone in this.

also, this is my first post on the forum, so hello. I'm Biggie, hailing from Arkansas, aged 17 years old. hoping to finally stop the random bursts of Alpha, and make them lifestyle.

Texting anxiety?
In before g saying you should be calling haha.

If you catch yourself wanting to text don't. Find something else to do instead. Also set timers if you have to. Turn off your phone or leave it at home.

Most importantly write the text and save it as a draft. Come back in 10 minutes read it again and ask yourself "is this going to contribute to me getting laid?"

There's also no harm in not replying whatsoever, in fact its beneficial especially if she says something dumb.
