RE: How do we return home?
Almost all of my friends are now fully fledged factory hens, I look at them and think fuck what a boring life, one of my ex wingmen now gets his excitement through purchasing a new tv, fridge or something from the range of useless bullshit ipad, iphone etc. He bangs his wife once in a blue moon and they have not been maried for that long even, FUCK THAT!

It's Switzerland. Really low tax and an awesome place to have my business at. I just never really got around to give away my stuff here and build up another base somewhere else. Going to do it in the Baltics soon enough though.

Agreed that the life you painted there is an apparently shit one but sometimes in my moments of doubt I find myself seeking it out. I enjoy my life,I travel reasonably often,I'm debt free,I'm not in a shit relationship that I feel tied to,I have had some great adventures and have more planned but as I find mself in my late 30's I realize that all that has come at the expense of security. I don't own my own home,I don't have a 'career',I don't have any real savings behind me,in fact everything I have could be packed into a car boot. In my happy moments I'm glad I'm not in the shit rat race working a mind numbing 9-5 job and the house in the suburbs with the pretty but boring wife and 2 kids but then sometimes when you see the disapproving looks and hear the whispers of family and friends who class success as money in the bank and not in terms of adventures lived,I find myself questioning if it is time to pack away the suitcase and passport and join the rat
race and it's elusive dream of happiness.

I say fuck them all Vorkuta. If life is measured on your house, car and the latest gadget that's a sorry state of affairs, you can't take that shit with you when you die but your memories are forever yours. When you're laid on your death bed looking back on life are you going to think of the time spent in the office or the times when you were enjoying life, travelling etc?

I can pack everything I own into a small bag and I like that.

I feel that way too, sometimes.

Here's what I find works: go and spend serious time with folks living that life.

Not one evening or a few days, but really immerse yourself in their lives. Give yourself a chance to see how they really feel underneath the vernier of everything-is-hunky-dory.

One solid dose usually lasts me quite a while.

RE: How do we return home?
I totally can see the joys of companionship in old age, I am 36 and if I found a great girl would happily stick to her. Most women here are fucking idiots, they think life is what they see on gossip girl, the real houswives on NYC etc: Greendays American Idiot sums it up nicely; I am however very carefull not to become jaded, as there are also many decent girls out there, I know this because I meet them sometimes. Perhaps I will end up with a foreigner long term in the end, still a bit more fun to be bad yet though. A mates father divorced his wife of 40 years moved to Thailand and now has a girlfriend half his age, he said to his son and me when he left at 65 years of age, that playing golf and fishing till the end of his days was not his cup of tea, he now parties with other wealthy xpats, has his own boat, resort style home, servants etc.

The sheep and followers of this world will do their best to make you feel bad, whenever I notice people doing this to me I drop them, leave them behind.

Another thing as Roosh mentioned is to have a backup plan, I have a house and a career and uni degree etc, to be honest these things mean NOTHING to me but I think it is necessary in today's world.
