I wish to print in one click a full thread that can have 10s of internet pages.
How can I do it in one click without having to print each page on its own?

Actually it does not really helps, as it prints only 1 internet page.
Any other idea?

I don't get you.

I picked a longish thread, clicked 'printable version' and yes, it gives you one long page. But if you click 'print preview' under your browser's 'file' menu, all the pages are divided nicely. You can then print that.
