HAHA I actually laughed out loud...she obviously knew about it because any other way the chick would have flipped out. It would have been even better if she didn't know about it and he crushed her spirit...I have a sick and cruel mind sometimes

It would have been sweet if, as he was turning away from the interview toward his girlfriend, he would have been like:

"Now fin'a raise up and fuck this girl."

Always stroll like a champ.

Am I the only one who thinks Max Kellerman is a G?

That girl had one of those I'm-the-hottest-shit-in-the-house grimaces on that just gets my blood pressure up by looking at it.

Adrian Broner is the next star of Boxing.

He is kind of taking the torch when Mayweather passes it.

Boxing always attracts people with the most personality out of any sport.

Has anything even half as funny ever been done by an athlete in another sport?

No.

Saw that live on Saturday night. Broner is a G, he's hilarious and is great for the sport. Some people will be turned off by the way he acts, but he wins either way because they'll tune in in hopes that they'll get to see him lose. Hopefully as he moves up in weight he'll start fighting some name guys, possibly Marquez and Rios in the near future.

I'd say skateboarders have them beat in terms of personality. Pro-wrestlers live and die on their "personalities". Sadly, it seems the more a sport relies on personality the more dubious the actual sport element is. Just when you thought people had forgotten the vice Don King had on the sport Manny "loses" on points.

Boxing tend to be better at showcasing their top personalities however.

Ha Broner is hilarious. He seems to have a personality on the level of Maywather but without the chip on his shoulder.

Like who?

I am very familiar with that sport's stars. I wouldn't put the two in the same class.

I wouldn't name some names, but I am sure there are a lot of weirdos on here that would cry and "wouldn't believe me".

I am very familiar with that sport's stars. I wouldn't put the two in the same class.

Bam Margera, co-creator of jackass and a bunch of other spinoffs is probably the most prolific in recent memory. Love him or hate him but you can't deny that he's a true character.

The Z-boys, which pioneered the surfing style in skating.

Mike Vallely, whose nutty ways has made it for him as a musician, actor, tv guy and stuntman among other things... etc etc

And you might know Danny Way that started skating at the Del Mar at the ripe age of 5.

In any case it's not really fruitful to debate what sport has the best personalities since it's not something measurable. I think we can all agree on that US sports tend to develop their personalities unlike other nations. The US is always way ahead of the camp of adding an element of show, or as Tony Soprano put it "What two businesses have traditionally been recession proof since time immemorial? Certain aspects of show business...and our thing".

You lost me, I don't know what this means and if it was even directed at me.

I got you.

Yeah, I know a few of those cats.

Agreed.

Different type of humor/personality for sure.

lol, love the Can Man.

More charisma than Mayweather by a longshot, although I don't think he will ever be on that level.

RE: This guy is doing it right
I'm kind of pissed at myself for missing the Broner vs. Escobedo fight on Saturday, but I had great tickets for the Reds vs. Brewers game a hundred yards away.

Kudos to Broner for his win, though. Cool to see a Cincinnati kid on the rise in boxing. 1980-85 Junior Welterweight Champ, Aaron Pryor, is from here too.
