Unsurprisingly, the girls have not been named in the story despite being charged. You damn well know that if the roles were reversed not only would the suspect be named, but his picture would be on the front page for everyone to see.

This is like the third such story I've read in the past year. In another one, several high-school girls pinned down a 10- or 12-year-old boy and stripped him naked also. They got off scot-free.

This brazenness is the product of slap-on-the-wrist penalties for female sexual offenders.

That doesn't make it less worse for this little boy who i now emotionally scared for the rest of his life.

Its funny because in around 30 years this kid will appear on the news not as a hero or anything, but maybe a murderer and a rapist. When they ask him how it all started he will tell them it started with him getting raped when he was a kid by 2 girls and guess what? *shrug* ''oh come on jim he is lieng''

I don't want to start a new thread for this so I'll just put it here.

So a few days ago a girl at one of my wingmen/future roommates school claimed she was sexually assaulted at knife point while walking down the beach at night. Turns out the whole thing was a fake story designed for her to get special consideration for her university applications, which probably would've gotten her straight into her first choice.

The worst part is, the police "won't be laying charges in relation to the report as we do not believe this is in the best interests of the young woman involved."

So not charging a criminal is not in the best interests of the criminal? No shit Sherlock. If this had been a guy instead of a hot girl we all know the white knight police wouldn't have given him the same treatment.
