Perhaps the Capitol is a better place..

But I seem to be getting some actual dates now that I am using online dating.
It seems day game and night game don't work here...only online game and social circle.
Plus, I'm lowering my standards a bit since I've completely given up porn/masturbation.

I've met Spartan, nothing wrong with his looks. Maybe just his confidence, doesn't have that killer instinct. Mind you, he's about like 23, I wasn't so confident at that age. I'm not sure whether he prefers to roll solo or not, if so then better to make some solid friends wherever he's living. Confidence is not.necessarily about hitting on 200 girls, its about feeling good about yourself and exuding that confidence.

Perhaps try doing some extra curricular activities wherever you are; jump out of a plane, join salsa class, kickboxing whatever.

This "i'm looking for a girlfriend not a fuck" thing is becoming a little tiresome. You would do better if she thought you just want to Fuck her and had ten lined up after her trust me.

The rate is derived from many aspects: The specific location in EE, time of the year, time you have to approach and actual approaches, your game, money, looks etc.
I have never spent long time in EE, all my travels were for 3-10 days max and some of them business trips which I had free time only in the evenings so my rate is not high like Deb for example, or even rates lower than US.
But I know it should and could be much better in proper conditions, I feel it from the looks and eyes gorgeous girls doing me in clubs in Russia, or when 3 days in a row I am making out with super cute Ukraine girls in 3rd tier city (Search my DS on Kherson) or a high class porn star look Romanian girl I shagged for few days. BTW- Romania seems to be easier bוא quality is less than FSU.
