I went to a big nightclub this past weekend and the place was loaded with huge sets of girls. This proved difficult for pickup as all the girls roamed in packs, and I had one sole wingman. A lot of the girls here have a "girls night out" mentality.

Logistically, this place is only accessible by car and since this is a college town, most girls come in cabs or cars filled with 4+ girls, so this place tends to attract more "big sets" rather than the ideal "2 sets". Many girls come here with their friends to dance and attention whore, not necessarily hook up, so it's a bad place for pick up.

I am thinking of hitting another venue now that is more logistically ideal for pick up.

This made me realize that irrespective of your game, venue selection is key.

I know guys who pull 1 in 2 to 1 in 3 times they go out. Mind you they hit up a bar well known for sloppy easy lays.

- It's a dive bar with cheap drinks. Lots of drunk girls.

- It's adjacent to a party school with a 2 to 1 female to male ratio.

- It's small. This keeps out the attention whores who go out in large groups to take pics for Facebook and dance in circles as these types gravitate towards the mega-clubs. Lots of 2 and 3 sets.

- It's got a great setup. There's a quieter area to run verbal game and a dance floor to escalate physically.

- It's within walking distance to the "student ghetto" of dorms and houses where the college kids reside, so logistics are ideal.

- It's in a college town. Unlike in major cities, there isn't a huge cohort of thirsty professional cats to compete with. Most of the older 25+ cats are married or in serious LTRs.

All these factors make it a goldmine for players looking to score with horny young college girls looking for cock.

How important of a factor is venue selection in scoping for DTF girls and racking up lays?

I have never liked clubs and never done well in them.

Guess what. I don't go to clubs.

Hotel bars are hot for me right now.

Your description reminds me of a bar that turns into a nightclub on fridays and saturdays.

It's a pretty small bar, cheap drinks, college crowd. Frankly racked up quite a bit of notches from it, as i was hitting that place every friday and saturday night. Then it became a total cockfest.

I think being on the look out for new small to medium sized bars opening is a good way to sky rocket your notches, because sooner or later, and its always sooner, such bars become cockfests within a month or two.
