I would say those numbers are fair. Its easy to get numbers on the street, gym, bus in Medellin. Once you start chatting on whatsapp it gets a lot harder to set a date. 2 to 3 dates sounds about right. Banging one out of three can probably be brought to 2 out of three pretty quickly if you are willing to go on multiple dates.

From my experience the girls from Medellin desperately want to fall in love and they do so fairly easily. They like sex as well and want to be swept off there feet.

Day Games usually don't work in Asia.
Most ladies in non nightlife areas are normal Asians.

Depends where in asia. Daygame would work in largest cities of SEA, however I doubt it will help you much in smaller cities and little towns in China.

Anywhere around the world, not just Asia. The smaller the cities or towns, the more conservative the people.
