Sitting next to some girls in my little sliders and beer place. They're reading an article in Glamour magazine that quotes a poll saying that 78% of men would rather be with a confident plus-size woman than an insecure supermodel. WTF. I jumped in and asked if it was a copy of the Onion.

Magazines do not sell because they tell people the truth. They sell because they tell pretty lies.

There is not much money to be made in telling people they're fucked. But selling hope is a gold mine.
