Actually I'm surprised they didn't get your wordplay. We watch enough US tv (Sienfeld, Simpsons, etc.) here that most people get American sarcasm. But like I said before, there's absolutely nothing in common between American Jewish girls and Israelis.
About direct game, that's definitely the way to go. Flirt, but don't beat around the bush too much. Israeli men are very direct and aggressive, and the women will expect you to be the same.
In bars, I would usually go up real direct and start a conversation. Then cut out early on to hit the bar, talk to a friend, whatever. Come back a few minutes later after she's had a chance to think about you. Again, you're gonna need solid game here. Be cocky but don't try to show off too much in conversation - remember that most Israelis are better traveled than you, and no less smart and tough.
Maybe some of that sounds contradictory, but give it a shot anyway. I think of Israeli women as real high quality women, worth the challenge.

Ehh, could be. Personally I would never get with an Arab woman, but its your prerogotive. There is still the occassional 'honor killing' here, where the men in a Muslim family kill a woman who slept with the 'wrong' man. They do tend to be more liberal here than, say, Saudi Arabia, but there are still plenty of veiled women. If you're really set on it, maybe try places that are more mixed between Jews, Arab Christians, and Muslims, like maybe parts of Jerusalem, Jaffa (Yafo), and Haifa. I wouldn't suggest it, but hey.

Man, you're right on again, Ethiopian women are stunning, but unfortunately they tend to stick to their own. There are a few locations, like Kiryat Malachi or parts of south TLV (just don't mix them up with the Eritreans!), where there are larger percentages of Ethiopians, so at least you can give it a shot. But usually only see them with other Ethiopians, except for occassionally very young mixed couples. Let me know if someone pulls this off, haha.

Definitely a big cafe culture here. Anywhere between Dizengof St, down Ben Gurion, up Ibn Gvirol, a ton of cafes, women walking dogs, and other opportunities for day game.

Another good spot with similar nature in 'haMaoz' on King George St. Inside and outside seating, usually just crowded enough around the bar to have plenty of targets.

Man, if you found Har Sinai you really got around the city. Its behind the Great Synagogue just off Allenby St. Also check out the restaurant (downstairs) and club (upstairs) just across Allenby st, down a little alley. It's kind of a cool hidden spot.

Right on. I used to know most of the waitresses at those wine bars, they're mostly married/engaged, but super friendly and if they like you they'll introduce you to local girls. In my single days I had one of these spots on lock and they would always hook me up with corner spot when I came in with new girls. But its not a classic spot for pickup, relatively low turnover and nobody comes here to get drunk.
Down the end of Shabazi is the 'Mitham haTahana', a trendy spot I mentioned before in an old restored train station, a little touristy but it does have the 'Vicky Christina' resto for high rollers.

If I was going back and only had five days to get a bang in Israel, this is how I would structure my day.
Get a studio apartment in the Neve Tzedek/Lilienblum St area. That puts you near the highest concentration of nightlife and a five-minute walk from the beach.
Have your morning coffee at one of the kiosk-cafes on Rothschild Blvd. Lots of people stop by these places for a quick breakfast/coffee before work. Post up at one of these places around 9 or 10 am and you'll see a really high turnover over the course of an hour. Real easy to strike up a convo with anyone at these places. Get warmed up for daygame at least, or maybe even get a casual set in. You're a tourist planning your day, and that girl looks like she could offer some good suggestions, you get the idea.
Daygame on Rothschild Blvd or at HaYarkon Park in late morning, catch girls on coffee or lunch break. When the day starts to heat up, head over to Azrieli Center to game indoors where it's cooler. Late afternoon make your way to the beach, where lots of people will be headed after work. At 6 or so head back to your place to get cleaned up for the evening. Hit up a wine bar around 7, where you can game the waitresses or the first few girls trickling in. Maybe get your dinner in here as well. Post up at one of the pick-up/dive bars around 9 (unfortunately, I didn't get a sense of which places were best on which nights). When the bars start to fall off around midnight (I'm thinking weeknights here), you could hit one of the clubs. Radio EPBG seems to be the most trendy one right now in the Lilienblum St area. The Clara is also pretty close by if you are in Neve Tzedek. You could head out to the clubs at the port in North TLV, but then you're pretty far from your base of operations if you do pull.
You'll have a hard time reaching that "zombie apocalypse" point where you're the only one left on the street. People will be lingering and hanging out on Rothschild as late as 4-5 am, so you could go back to where you started and end the day there by unleashing a few apocalypse openers on the drunk girls staggering around that area. There's also a 24-hour breakfast restaurant called Benedict that gets a pretty good crowd at that hour, lots of drunk groups and a real raucous atmosphere. Be real bold and invite the entire restaurant to your after-party just blocks away...
Nice plan. I'll add a few more points.
For accomodations, Neve Tzedek can't be beat for style, but it's expensive. If you're on a budget, try Florentine, which is close, and a lot cheaper. There's a ton of bars there, more of a high school/army age crowd.
Wouldn't suggest dinner at the wine bars in Neve Tzedek, they're better just for drinks and chilling. If you want good eats try the Kimel chef's restaruant nearby, or the Suzanne down the other end of Shabazi. For great burgers, try Wolfnights on Nahalat Binyamin.
For late night, the classic spot is 'haHatul v'haKelev' (the Cat and the Dog'). Sex drugs and rocknroll every night. Especially the drugs.
Good call about Benedicts too. They have another site uptown on Ben Yehuda St.
