I've been there twice, last time in October but only for a day. Has a different vibe being an eastern city, more rough and ready I'd say compared to other big cities.

I go there for short visits and one long visit per summer. Very small place really, if you choose to stay there you can enjoy high quality girls from daygame but you will see the same faces very often within just a week there. Not good for quick lays, good for a stable relationship. You might aswell go to Warsaw, the slutty ones from Lublin will tend to spend their weekends there anyway.

Co-signing the above. I pass through Lublin roughly every 90 days for my border runs. I remember one of those runs happened to be near a weekend. Overheard some Lublin girls chatting excitedly about Warsaw.

If the girls are excited about going to Warsaw I would rather say that's a good reason to try your luck with them home in Lublin rather than in Warsaw, because the competition is on a whole different level. A girl I was seing from Wroclaw told me about how she liked going to the highend clubs in Warsaw and she never paid for her drinks there.

Possibly, however bare in mind they have social pressure back at home and dont want to "shit where they eat" so to speak. Its a small community and rumors spread fast, I am not saying you wont have any luck but it is not as simple as just going to them at their source. Wroclaw is over double the population of Lublin, the mentality here is far more in line with big city mentality, not the same dynamic.

I have a fairly large social circle in Lublin and the local girls in the late teens are all killing to get out of there and ride the carousel in the bigger cities at university, or better yet get on the Erasmus exchange and go to Spain or Portugal.

If you can somehow settle in Lublin it is a nice place to live for quality girls, especially since there are quite a lot of Ukrainians there too. But for easy lays I just dont know why the hell any guy in their right mind would go there over Warsaw, seriously.

True, that's indeed a big problem in smaller cities without many students.

Because basically they are bored and the high value and good looking foreigner might be still seen as "exotic" for an adventure. This compared to Warsaw and the screwed Krakow where you have foreigners at every corner.
In Poland the only parameter that allows you to understand if a city is good or not for game, is not if it is a student/poor/conservative/eastern/small city/etc. but the presence of foreigners. If there are many of them, the city will be extremely difficult both for easy lays and relationship, even more than in West (like Krakow); while if there aren't many (ex. Szczecin) the "path to the glory" is a lot easier and pleasant.
