I'd appreciate some thoughts on a couple of things..

1. How much do you think a good quality apt would cost in central Athens. Say per sq metre? I'd be looking for 40m2-60m2

2. The ease of penetrating social circles, and getting access to the higher quality girls, for a foreigner?

1.To rent or to buy?To rent it would cost about 500 euro per month.
2.It is difficult for a foreigner.

Romanian look definetely better an enormous reason for that is the king dimensional Romanian ass.Generally the faces variate with Bulgarian ones having a bit of longer noses probably due to more slavic admixture.Also Bulgarian girls are more provincial like or village like Romanian usually live in big cities.

One can hope....

It's a foregone conclusion. The IMF and Germany won't keep on cutting checks to the Greeks. They know it won't do any good because the people have no worth ethic. How they were ever allowed in the eurozone is beyond me. Greece is a third world country for all intent and purpose. The prices currently dont reflect that but they will.
