1. When will I be able to do what I love to do? I love music. I've invested $20,000+ in my "career". But haven't been able to start it. I made a deal with a grammy-winning producer and I have to pay him $6,000. I wish I was able to pay the money without having to go to work and crush my soul everyday. Once I get the singles done with this producer I know things will get much easier.

2. How can I find a job where I can have more free time? I love to travel but right now I work 6 days every week. If I land a gig with my music career it would be almost impossible to be able to make it. I'd have to lie at work and they'd probably find out somehow. Plus, I love to travel, and I have the money but not the time. When I didn't have money I had the time.

Last month I noticed my right nut was swelled and hard.. larger than a kiwi, smaller than a lemon.. doesn't hurt but sometimes gets in the way.. easily 3x the size of the other.. I never checked often, but if there ever was an imbalance between them it certainly wasn't 3x.. Got appointment with the doc tomorrow. Health concerns make you forget about others pretty quick. (edit: that's not to say anything about anyone else's concerns... I can't remember the others I had before this, that's all I'm sayin').

Getting swole and building myself a portable gym so I'm not tied down by it when I inevitably go back home after graduating college in a month or so. This concern is mostly a hobby, but I think about it a good deal when I'm not busy doing other shit. Therefore, it's not a primary concern, but one of sustainability, like buying a month's worth of groceries. Sandbag training looks like a winner if I can't get my other idea figured out.

After that, it's making sure my grades are up to snuff and whoring myself out to internship jobs in engineering. I'm at the home stretch right now with only a little more than a month to go.

Then it's where I'm going to live after college, which includes a heavy logistics factor so I'm not spinning my wheels. I want to spend as little time at home as possible because my parents think I'm still a 14 year old little shit. That, and life in a small town is fucking depressing.

Then getting my health shit in order (quitting smoking, getting diet under control, etc).

Getting laid is ever present, but it is a fourth concern at the moment. I figure that shit will sort itself out once I sort myself out and get situated with where ever I'm going to be at.

Not eating out everyday. Not working out.

Currently I've been working on the road, actually I've been working on the road since last year September.

Motels, cabins, low end hotels etc. Food allowance by my company, etc.

Anyhow I'm working 10-12 hours daily, combined with nowhere to cook after work beginning to take its toll on my health.

Every day it be becomes a question of "what type of garbage will I put in me today?".

Hoping to get a stable gig on a longer term contract (6 months+) in whatever rural or urban rathole I get posted to so I can rent an apartment and get a gym pass. Or get a camp gig with food provided and a gym on site.

Update... everyone should know that going to the doc about your nuts is no big deal - getting it checked out is less awkward than you think. Yeah, he saw them and, yeah, he put the gloves on and gave them a grope n' poke - it was quick and easy. Better to have it checked than not. It's also a good idea to check them out monthly for anything abnormal before you realize you're packing a solid kiwi.
He forwarded an ultrasound request to the hospital marked urgent and I've been referred to a urologist. From my research, that's exactly what I wanted; I was just hoping I could get a nurse to examine them under different terms.

My #1 concern? Making money. More specifically, setting myself up after college. Ideally, I want to be location-independent, but at the very least I want to leave the US for a country with a lower cost of living so that I can grow my savings and begin investing. I'm thinking that starting an internet-based business is likely the best route, but I have zero prior knowledge or experience.

What am I doing about it? Staying up late, reading everything I can get my hands on and trying to connect with people who've already made it. I'm honestly really intimidated by how little I know about business/investing/etc...and that's not a feeling I'm used to. But hey, it's motivation.

My biggest concern at the moment is making a successful repair business. I have nothing but the internet for help, which is very useful if you look in the right places. I'd like to eventually create a thread here in the future showing other people how to make good profit doing this. Repairing electronics with your own two hands is very satisfying.

I got a job interview with L-3 communications. They moved the interview to Tuesday because I am in Thailand. Just have to run the don't fuck it up game to get the job. 23hr. Great for a dude with no degree but 9 years of experience in logistics. Shit sucks because now what? I buy a house, get married, have kids, and live that life?

Corpus Christi is a small town. It isn't worth gaming 3 nights a week. I have no debt and a nice little savings. Plan on posting up with my parents till the Fall. My parents live 5 minutes from the base. Save up, work out, and figure out what to do next. Start a business, buy a business, or save a little and ball out every weekend. Get into buying properties? Find a lizard to satisfy me till I make a real overseas move? Finish my degree online? WTF.

I guess my life starts now. My biggest concern in life right now is what is next?
