Didn't want to start a new thread. Here is an interview Krauser did with an up-and-coming guy in the game. Talks about motivation and work necessary to be successful. It is a lot more work (both physically and emotionally) than many often acknowledge.

Good interview, saw it a few months back and forgot to post it on here. Tom Torero and all those daygame.com guys are having a right blast, and I'm sure to a young chap like the one in the vid, flying off to different cities just to game must be amazing. Personally, I prefer solo travelling - but I can certainly see the appeal.

I think you're giving America to much credit. I'm British an I had the most success I've ever had in the USA. It should have been harder for me too given that I'm black and was in the Deep South. The guy just struck out which happens to us all at times. Not to say Anerica is in a league of its own because it really is not.
