Basically there are a ton of Eastern Europeans visiting as summer lifeguards for $7 per hour. Go to any big apartment pool that just opened over Memorial Day weekend. Bring sodas and tell them you forgot your pool pass (you are a roommate of Divorco in apartment 123). Remember they are completely new and don't know anyone. Tell them you might know about some evening jobs where they can earn extra money.

Most of the lifeguards will be men. That's okay - ask them where the female lifeguards are. They have a whole network of summer job friends from their home country. Tell them you have a car and booze, and they should contact the girls for an outing.

Get this done fast because the pools just opened. If you are like Gmanifesto showing up suited down at a pool without a car then I can't help you.

I used to do this a lot. Sometimes I would even take my motorcycle and drive around all apartment complexes in Arlington on a Saturday afternoon. I'd go right in the pool with it making sure the guard sees me. If it's a girl, I say I'm looking for Alex - is he on shift today? They rotate them on different pools a lot, so this is plausible. Make some small talk, get her number... and when leaving, rev up the bike and she is almost certain to spend the rest of the afternoon daydreaming about the cool dude who will take her for a ride.
