In Italy, Economy and Law Leave Many Single Fathers Broke and Homeless
Thought this was interesting in relation to the economic downturn and the setup of divorce laws in the western world.

You should see how bad the divorce laws are in canada (quebec). In an article I posted earlier, if you cohabit with a woman who isn't even married to you and you leave her after a year, she's entitled to full alimony payments and a "divorce settlement." of course every single man is praying for the court ruling to be overturned.

It's really pathetic how these laws control men, made by feminazis, when women hold half the jobs and even earn the same pay.

That's absurd. It does sound like something that should get thrown out, though I don't know too much about the Canadian legal system. I didn't think it was the worst in Italy, I just thought it showed how bad things may be getting in a country that is historically more male dominated.

I didn't get the part where they said the Church is making it worse for these divorced single fathers. Are they implying because they make it hard to divorce in the first place that society comes down harder on them when they do? Those divorce rates were more like 15% versus what is right around 50% in the U.S.

Quote:Indeed, one man, who gave his name as Franco, did not want to be fully identified to avoid suffering the shame if his wife and two daughters learned of his troubles. After his restaurant went bankrupt, he traveled in April to Milan from his native Puglia, in Italy’s far south, to find a job so he could keep up alimony payments to his wife of 34 years, with whom he had split about a year and half ago, he said.
“In Puglia I was living day to day but I couldn’t keep that up forever,” said Franco, 56, who said he was still supporting his daughters, both of whom are in their early twenties but unemployed.

Yeah, it's all for "the children". Of course it's sad that his daughters can't find jobs because of the clusterfuck that the EU has driven itself into, but why is that his responsibility?

Sounds a lot like Costa Rica, Colombia, and (IIRC) the Dominican Republic. Basically, if you live with a woman for a certain period of time (I think it is 2 or 3 years in Costa Rica) one of you (almost always the woman) can go to a court and have your situation declared a "common law" marriage. At that point you are just as screwed as if you had formally married her. If she choses to "divorce" you, then you are responsible for alimony payments.

It is amazing how many girls I know in Costa Rica and Colombia who didn't even finish the 9th grade know EXACTLY what the law is regarding this issue. These girls know, to the day, precisely how long they need to live with you to have this declared.

I can tell you about SEVERAL men that I personally know in all three countries who have been hit with this. They find some girl and move in with her into some apartment or condo. A few days after the required time period passes, the woman applies to have their relationship considered a common law marriage. Shortly after that, the woman separates from the man and the guy has to pay alimony or some large lump sum payment to make it go away.

One guy I know actually built a house for this Dominican chick and her kids. He owned the house, and whenever he would come down to the DR (multiple times a year) he would live there with her. As soon as the time period passed, she applied for the common law marriage and demanded alimony.

From what I understand, the authorities WOULDN'T LET HIM LEAVE THE COUNTRY until he made some kind of arrangement with her. The end result was that he signed over the house HE BOUGHT AND BUILT (along with some monetary payment, I believe) and was allowed to leave the country. Same thing happened to another dude I know in Colombia (authorities would not let him leave the country until he settled it with her), but he didn't have to sign over a house, just a huge fucking lump sum payment.

The new Costa Rican scam is to move into a guys condo, then claim domestic violence (you WILL be arrested and thrown in jail if a woman makes that claim against you in Costa Rica). Costa Rican judicial system is notoriously slow and being locked up 2 weeks before seeing a judge for bail is common.

After you wait in jail for a few weeks without trial, you will come out of jail to find that she has a restraining order against you and you are not allowed to come back into your own fucking house. I have heard of girls moving their Costa Rican boyfriends into the house right after the gringo is kicked out.

Trust no bitch.

RE: In Italy, Economy and Law Leave Many Single Fathers Broke and Homeless
WOW!!!!!! Reminds me of a story of an immigrant in Canada who was an older bachelor and married a woman from the old country. After working many years in Canada, he had no mortgage on his house and was pretty much set. He meets a woman not much younger than him and he sponsors her, they get married etc. after a year she goes to him one day " you know this isn't working out, we are too different and I would like to go my own way". He replies calmly " no problem, we will get divorced and go our separate ways". She leaves, goes to her sisters house and he stays in the house. A week passes by and she comes back begging him to come back. He didn't budge. Told her to get lost. Turns out after she went to the lawyer to get her undeserved entitlement to half his house, the lawyer told her that the house isn't his. It is under his sisters name.

Now when I heard that story it always makes me cautious of trusting any woman who makes less than me. These bitches know the system. It's time men learn the system even if it means placing property deeds under your parents name. I know this causes a lot of inconvenience, but it's easier to handle than some manipulative woman taking your stuff. The odds of a successful relationship somehow becomes nill once these time periods elapse.

In Italy, Spain, Greece, etc. I've heard firsthand accounts that most men live with their parents until age 30.

It's amazing how much bullshit these men have to put up with and yet just roll over and take it.

RE: In Italy, Economy and Law Leave Many Single Fathers Broke and Homeless
A girl I know was given the family house. She got married and moved her father into a retirement home. Her husband went through her text messages and found out she was cheating. He went to a lawyer and found out the house was still in her Father's name. He divorced her and hit her for $25k in cash in the settlement. Her husband was a good guy too. We got along well. Marriage isn't enough for these bitches. They want it all.

What makes these cohabitation stories absurd is the fact that they are based just on residence. Can't anyone pretty much change their address to say they live wherever they want? For instance they could be mostly living with family or even some other guy but have their postal address at the guys house, and the clock is running then.

A buddy of mine had his girlfriend become a tenant in is house. Made her pay rent officially and they played house. I think too many men are pussies and will bend when a woman freaks out at that arrangement or proposal. But when a woman makes such a request most will be ok dear whatever you want.

[One thinks I have lifted this from elsewhere, though if this is the case whoever actually said this plagiarised me years ago.]

Never forget:

Men are romantics who play at being realists.
Women are realists who play at being romantics.

We live in a crooked system designed by big businesses who pander to women's spending power. However, any man foolish enough to put a ring on a girl's finger, move in with or have kids with knows what he is potentially in for.

There's one woman in the world, one woman with three-billion faces. No matter where you look you will never find a low-risk stock.

Men have to be on their Ps and Qs mentally.

Maybe we should generate some ideas on how to navigate:

1. Do not marry
2. Do not marry without a prenup
3. Marry in fair and not feminazi jurisdiction
4. Do not cohabitate
-if you do make her sign a lease and pay rent and keep record of payment so that she is a "tenant"
5. Buy your property in a trust, llc, corporation, so that it is not "yours" personally and she cant go after it after the relationship.

.....any others ??

There is zero reason to marry unless its for kids or passports. Even with kids, the chances of you winning custody are slim to none anyway. You do at least have some rights as a father, albeit limited, when you were married. Which leaves just passports, and that itself does have better options than marriage.

One of my partners, who divorced a few years ago now, had his ex wife lay claim to his shareholding. The company was formed almost 3 years after they divorced. It resulted in a company audit and although she lost the claim, the fact that the lawyers went to that degree shows how often they do win it. This was THREE YEARS AFTER THE DIVORCE. She cited the fact that it was not formation, but conceptualization of the business that matters, and that occurred when they were married. Her support for him as his wife entitled her to this part of his extended estate.

Trusts used to provide a great deal of protection, but even that is changing. If they can prove that your holdings have been structured to limit obligations to her, they will clean you out. If it can be proven that your income paid for or was used to invest in assets held in trusts she is not a beneficiary of, they can force the sale of those assets or require payment for a portion of it.

Fro example, I could have a house my widowed mother lives in, owned by a trust my sister is the sole beneficiary of, paid for by a separate company I own (ie: not my salary or dividends) and she could STILL lay claim to it if it was determined that its part of my income. I would either need to sell the house to cover the divorce settlement or pay her the value of the settlement to keep the house.

Obviously the quality of lawyers on both sides has an impact on this, but when you see how the odds are stacked against you, you begin to realise that marriage makes even less sense when you have money.

From what I can see, Spain is one of the better places to get married and have kids. While separation stats are higher than divorce stats, legal divorce is still much rarer and the result of that is fewer men losing legal rights to their kids and getting raped in settlements. Divorce rate is under 15%.

Here is another one I found making my daily news rounds. Not related to marriage but the whole gender equality issue. I wanted to barf so I stopped reading it halfway through.

Oh, there is a very simple end to all of this. It's called war.

War is what you get when Feminism goes too far (as it ALWAYS has). As an Anthropology major I can easily point you to the various social factors that control this.

Women take control of any tribe/society/civilization. They quickly modify the rules to screw over the men (happens EVERY time). Men become outcasts. Outcasts become rebels, outlaws, or armies. Growth in violence. Women utterly unable to handle violence, panic, elect "strong" men (read:Dictators). Dictators hire outcast men to populate nice shiny new army. Gotta use army if you build it. Declare war. Men fight. Women return to homes and have babies, cede control of politics back to male survivors of war. Back to ground state of society....patriarchy.

I for one wouldn't trust my own family (including blood relatives) any more than I would trust a lizard.

Are there any options for guys who want to protect their assets without signing them over to family members? Put everything (including home) into a trust? Setting up an LLC, using that to purchase your home, then renting from "yourself"? Any viable options here?

Edit: Haha. Just realized that I am responding to a thread that is rather old.

Most of that stuff can be undone by a judge.

And setting up good asset protection is really just the first few grand of many that you're going to pay to a lawyer.

Anyone can write up a contract, write up an agreement.

Do you have the money, time, and effort to enforce that agreement?

When you start seeing the law for what it is, you'll wonder how ANY economy runs.
And then when you start investigating how things work, you hope everyone else doesn't find out.

WIA

I'm completely exposed to the system, as all my income comes from an easily attached pension that there is no possibility of hiding. It can't be assigned to anyone else or a trust.

But I had a friend who was pretty paranoid about banks, and one time we went to his private ( not a bank) safe deposit box place.

Their office was in a former bank, so the safe deposit boxes were all there. They didn't take names, you paid your box rent in cash and were given a code number, and when you went there they let you into your box and left you alone.

So you can try physically hiding assets somewhere, people bury money etc. That's where some rare coin finds come from, some soldier from ancient Rome buried his loot before a battle and never came back for it.

Also some valuables are pretty inconspicuous. First editions of Moby Dick are worth in the tens of thousands and look like an old book. A little heavy to carry around however.

As this keeps happening over and over and over again Men will stop getting married. Then when Common law rape happens over and over and over again Men will stop letting women move in with them.

I think then it will be to the point where they will try to expand common law to men who have sex with women.

At this point the men of that country will just find ways to move to other countries that don't have these issues en masse.

Then whatever country has screwed over their men the most to cause them to leave like this = a weak country ripe for invasion.

Of course something like this will take a couple generations I believe, and hopefully the tide will be stopped, but I think it has to get that bad before the critical mass of men of a certain country grab their balls and take their power back.

In my opinion, the Endgame of Feminism is pretty much the enslavement of men under the power of women, using the power of the state. . .which is run by men.

This is interesting because the endgame of feminism will be its undoing:

1)everyone on RVF and even the Jezebel lurkers know that women CRAVE strong, powerful, successful, dominant men its a Biological truth, basically women NEED the "patriarchy."

2)The more Draconian the laws become, the more scare these men become, they leave, or are turned into ultra feminine, Gay (the ones who are "Turned out" not those who are born with it - although I'm never sure about the whole being born with it thing but thats a tangent for later.), weak, unmotivated, labotimized, submissive men.

3)the above type of man draws a women Ire more than a woman scorned. Its pretty much Natural law at this point. Women and Men are just different energies, many cultures understand this point and have for thousands of years*

4)the amount of unsatisfied women will grow and the laws will grow ever tighter until the "tipping point" is reached, whereas there will be no more men left to lord over, no more men left who will white knight for women, and most importantly no more men to enforce the feminist stranglehold/protect the country/build the country/maintain the country and all its buildings and first world necessities. Countries can and will try to import foreign peoples from 3rd world nations but they will remain staunchly conservative and deeply broken. These men will NOT protect the women of these countries.

5)What will happen is the country will pretty much implode, affecting others like it and a few things will happen, they will be absorbed by their neighbors, the criminal element of society, and the imported foreign peoples who are unable to assimilate to the feminist party line. When this happens, it will be like Argentina when they had their first default (link for the interested: http://www.silverbearcafe.com/private/10.08/tshtf1.html) although it will be a slow implosion, so slow that many people still left wont realize what's happening until it's too late. If people think there is a "rape" culture in the west now. . .They will eventually create what they seek out to destroy. This time though, they won't have time to cry, or anyone to really cry to.

And I'm not even going talk about the demographic bust with population decline (of which Italy is suffering heavily from)

The good news is:

This is Totally preventable, and totally avoidable on an individual level. I think many countries (especially the U.S.)will get to the brink, before putting themselves right back in order. Even in countries that wont recover from the brink, this disaster is so slow moving that it may take decades to unfold in which case you as an individual have enough time to get your money up and skills and move to somewhere that is great for a man to live.

So, pretty much the guys who see what's happening in their respective countries should really be working on finding places that are more conducive to Men being viewed and treated as Men. Or exploit the flaws in the system in their respective countries while preparing to perpetually live in a better place. That's all there is to it.

*I'm referencing China mostly, as I remember Yin = female energy and Yang = masculine energy (link: http://thetaoofgender.blogspot.com/2006/...avior.html)

In Chinese martial arts of the past Men and Women could only learn certain styles. usually a woman could only learn a "Yin Soft" style and a man a "Yang Hard" style or something of that nature. Supposedly if a Man tried to learn a female style, the energy would corrupt his body and vice versa Information from old Chinese Fiction of such a person: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dongfang_Bubai Usually portrayed as a woman but is actually a Eunich who was "contaminated" with female energy.)

Anyway China (and Asia in general) is HUGE on recognizing that Men and Women are different. . .and the WOMEN are who enforce it! If you've ever seen a movie or read a book about some lady being held down by "the man" in Asian society, it is usually ALWAYS written by a man, usually that man is from the west or is just heavily influenced by western ideals. Asian Women usually write things that embrace and enhance the feminine qualities of women. (This happens a lot in the states too. . .i.e 50 shades of a submissive woman)
