Yeah.. her face isn't terrible especially lately, but it certainly doesn't match up to that smokin' body. That movie was basically just based on her being fucked and beat up naked.

To me she looks like a former man. I'd say the majority of porn star faces are not very attractive, though there are a few gems.

I was under the impression that butterface was just a bad face from lack of bone structure. If it's too bony a la SJP, it's horseface. On the other hand I'm not a biologist so I can't claim to be speaking from a professional standpoint.

Butterface is usually a nice body, with an awful face. They compensate with a ton of makeup, which tends to shine and look buttery. I feel like some people don't understand the definition.

There are definitely women like that porn star that while they may not have a classically beautiful face, their faces convey sexuality. A certain hotness that just works. Chicks like Ellen Barkin and Gina Gershon have faces like that.

I find Sarah Jessica Parker to be one of the most overrated famous women EVER. She has a horse face, is overly thin with really ugly legs in my opinion. Because she wore crazy looking shit on SATC, she suddenly got turned into some kind of style icon. She's a clown.

Etymologically, I believe "Butterface" comes from "But, her face..." Example: "Everything on her is hot, but her face... she's a butterface. Gross."
