She is banging/juggling other guys and forgot to get back to you. This happens to me all the time, one or two always slips through the cracks when I am talking to 5+ women on various outlets (texts, online dating, dating apps, etc.). Don't let it bother you, this behavior is typical.

Look on the bright side: She sounds like she's genuinely amenable to banging you. You're just kinda down in her rotation. Get in there, drop tight game, fuck her good, and you'll move up. You're in a sausage race, homeboy.

Take your time responding to them. Like a day or two. Add more into the rotation so it won't matter. This whole deal is a forward only motion. I forget about them all the time until they text again. When you ditch girls that you like and want to fuck just because they got lost in the shuffle you'll know you made it to the top. Basically act like they do and be able to afford it.
