There's a temp at my workplace that's been here for a couple months. Just recently we were introduced by a mutual coworker and everytime I see the temp now, we're always cordial to each other and say hi. Of course, that's not what I want our interactions to be. I'm trying to slowly build rapport and isolate her but even though we work in the same department, we're not in the same section. It makes it a little challenging to create a bond when the only interaction I have with her is seeing her in the cafeteria with her friends or if I'm passing her in the hallway.

Whenever I see her around, she's extremely friendly to me. Personally, I see it as a strong indicator of interest but then again she could just be a friendly person. Who the fuck knows and who the fuck cares.. I'm not trying to "scare the cat away" as Roosh put it. I have to find a way to strengthen the bond.. the only thing we know about each other is our names.

Anyways, any work game advice from you guys? The good thing about this situation is that she's not a permanent worker here.. in case something goes wrong, I'm not bound to keep seeing her.

Invite her out for a few drinks with you and some friends. Don't invite her one on one as it'll be too obvious.

You have to be careful with work bangs because if things go sour, you don't want that creep reputation going around.

If she comes out, make sure you're positioned so that you're sitting next to her. Be very careful about gauging her IOIs. If you're getting good eye contact and lots of smiles, go for leg contact. If she's cool with that, go for the make out at the end of the night (and beyond).

Ok i have looked for a thread like this for a while now.

I am working with a girl and she has split from her husband of many years (they got together young) and is still a pretty hot 29 y/o tall blonde. She has 2 kids with that guy, and the whole split was messy by all accounts. Cut a long story short, i got a few IOI's from her last few months and i never followed up on it. But in all honesty I want to try my luck with her...Is it inappropriate to send her private messages on facebook...nothing overtly sexual, just friendly asking how she is etc??

It's probably a waste of time. If you still see her just talk to her in real life! If you don't, move on to other women who are actually in fuckable proximity.

@h3ltrsk3ltr I still work with her. At work she is generally reserved but when we chat on private work instant message she opens up more. I want to try and push it fwd, but wasn't sure if sending her FB messages was in-appropriate. I have never ever gamed at work, and hence am still taking it slow....what is your view?

Well, I'm not a game expert so take this with a grain of salt.

In general, it seems like FB is the worst possible way to communicate. She can keep track of you, access info you'd care not to share....and, when you're done with her, you gotta deal with the FB bullshit. Also, she's got beta orbiters hitting her up that way all the time probably so how the hell would you stand out? If this is really a onitis issue, then just search the word onitits on the forum, you'll see a bunch of horror stories pop up.

Veloce's advice was gold. He knows what he's tslking about. Go that route.

FB is for betas or guys who have mastered the basics.

That's my opinion. Also, approach more women.

I've got an attractive, slightly younger co-worker who asked me out for happy hour with her sisters and girlfriends next week. She's engaged and it seems she's might be trying to set me up with one of these chicks but I could be treading into dangerous territory with her too. Not putting a whole lot of thought into it since I've got my online pipeline up and running, but if I get the right signals and some one-on-one who knows what might happen. I plan to treat it like any other social circle outing and wait for the right moment, at this point they're all prospects.

So I guess if you learned anything from this, you can try setting up a group outing is a good opportunity to gauge interest. You just have to be hyper aware of what's going on around you. If there aren't any clear signals, do not engage.
