End result rather than firing men to make room for wimminz, executive boards just expanded membership to meet quota, basically doubling the number of useless overpaid executives draining the company's profit margins at the expense of the employees and shareholders.

The main point of the article of course being that this isn't enough and for true feminist equality women need MOAR.
