Chinese women, like most conservative cultures, are massively undersexed as a whole. Add to that their exposure to white people and white culture is almost exclusively through hollywood tv shows/movies. Most of the population take shows like the OC, the hills, sex and the city, gossip girls etc. as an accurate representation of what white people are like.

I wouldn't say they did it for bragging rights but probably for a self thrill of something that they can't have. The same as how lots of conservative girls feel when they wear a thong underneath their jeans.

It is, at least in Asia.

This map (which contains reference to a host of studies taken for penis size within different countries) indicates that Asia as a whole has a pretty low average. Europe (West and East), the USA, Canada, Australia and NZ are all fairly consistently at 5.5-5.7 inches on average (lowest I saw in any of these nations was about 5 in Ireland, highest about 6.2 in Italy, both outliers).

Asia is a different story. Japan is at 4.3 inches, India 4, Indonesia 4.6, China 4.3 (granted, that was taken in 1953-may be closer to 4.5-4.6 by now), South Korea 3.8, Bangladesh 4.4, and the Philippines at 4.2. The Mongolians are the largest East Asians recorded at 5.0 inches. The Asian average, taken altogether, is probably 4.4-4.6 inches.

Obviously this isn't the most scientifically rigorous, comprehensive of sources and some of the measures can be taken with large grains of salt, but the general trend here jives with what everyone has been saying on the topic in real life and online (and with anecdotal observation-check out some JAV/Asian Amateur vids sometime): dick sizes in Asia aren't that big relative to the west.
The average white westerner is packing at least an extra inch on average (between 5.5-5.8 inches is the norm), and the average Caribbean almost 2 inches (6.4 inches in Jamaica and Panama, 6.3 in Puerto Rico, 6.2 in Cuba and most West African nations on the list are at or above 6).

This would explain the female reaction-the racial/ethnic differences in dick size are more than a myth, though they're still somewhat exaggerated in pop culture.

Ecuador says 17.7 centimeters.

So 17.7/2.54 = 6.96 inches
Alrighty, guess I did my math wrong.
Still though, that's large for an average.
