It sounds like you need to be more persistent in offering her some dick. Basically don't take no for an answer.

Being forceful has definitely gotten me lays that I either would've gotten later or not at all. I'm not relentless with every girl - a couple girls this semester, I was in their bed and hardly tried, because I sensed there was no chance of fucking them at that point.
