Yeah, it's generally mucha easier. On the other hand, social circle game is a bit riskier. You don't have the protection of anonymity, which is important for being bold. A blowout from a random bar or online girl won't hurt your reputation among your friends.

I wasted my time by just going to bars and clubs, meeting meaningless people.
What if I invested my time & money to learn something and also met people there?
For business, it's like building clienteles. After few years, they will come to you and you don't have to go out to find customers.
If you've been focusing on SNL, nothing will happen unless you keep going out.

Bars are a good place to practice though. it will prepare you to be more social when you go to those social circles.

This is my perspective as well. Getting a social circle that has enough fuckable women in it takes more time and work for me than cold approaching does. I have a friend who can't cold approach for shit but he has a large supply of female friends that he either taps once in a while or assists him in getting laid with other women (i.e. abundance).

social circle game is indeed, game. It just softens the "approach" so to speak. Instead of cold-approaching, you are introduced by a friend or acquaintence and from there, the rules of social proof, body language, alpha characteristics, etc still apply. Rarely will a girl just fuck you just because you are in her social circle. You are still gonna have to game her to some degree to pull it off.
