You are absolutely right. No point in staying in one place when things aren't working out.
Also, things change fast on the ground. Nothing is better than first hand experience.

For example I almost faced a disaster when things did not develop well after my travel to Dnepropetrovsk.I changed completely plans bought air ticket and got to Lvov although I had no contacts there.In first hour after I set foot in Lvov I was already hand in hand with a beautiful blonde girl I met near university.

Roosh are you going to a 2nd or 3rd tier city? Or will you vary it a little with a 1st tier.

I'm doing mostly 1st tier for a bit. 3 months in Industrial Shithole has me craving civilization and English.

Yes my smell skill is mature. I can usually tell in the first 24-72 hours what is in store for me.

I would favor Paris, if only to get a FEW high quality bangs, in order to get back into the wilds of EE. A change is always good

I wish I could have seen this thread earlier.

I would have chosen either Scandinavia (out of sheer curiosity) or France.

Having just left France, I found the girls there not only to be quite good looking, but very stylish and charming/sensual.

Might just be personal experience, but from the ones I've seen many had ugly noses. Their overall appearance, however, was so good that it made no difference. Hair, clothes... everything looked so harmonic that the ugly noses seemed to disappear.

Paris is extremely expensive and the parisians might not be the best french people you could get to know, especially if you don't speak french. Oh, and on top that, add the brutal amount of the most annoying kind of tourists that always flood the city...

Given my huge love for white skinned and dark haired girls, I would ultimately choose France, but would head south, not necessarily on the Med (ex: Toulouse). They are not, however, Tier 1 cities as you wished.

Anyways, I know you'll do well and I wish you the best of luck in your new location!
