Yes I would say $5000 is a lot for the average UKR chick to save up. I'll ask around for her,plenty of people in my gym who have sod all and would love to earn a few grand and the chance of a free holiday to the Ukraine.

a lot of fake marriages btwn poles/ukrainians.

although, in one polish forum A guy was talking about his ukrainian bride and how he was happy he evaded the growing tide of feminism in Poland.

Poles love America and the West- ex. listen to US music a lot more than FSU girls. look at their clothes- imported used clothing from Britain/USA is popular. not surprisingly, they value western ideals too.

furthermore, a recent polish news program highlighted the growing tendency away from marriage/kids and that by 2020(?), Poland will need migrants to bolster its labor market. but, as of now, Poland still has o e of the youngest populations in the EU
