If you had to take a yoga class, how would to cultivate your game?
I do yoga because it helps my stiff joints and keeps me in shape for basketball, but I don't go to class; just at home. There's a studio in my building that has reasonable rates for classes and I'll be attending some. I am NOT doing this to meet women or practice game. I'm doing this to fucking relax in a quiet room to loosen and strengthen my muscles so I can dunk on fools.

I've never taken a yoga class and I DO NOT want to be That Guy that awkwardly hits on all the girls. I am a gentleman with fitness goals first and foremost, a gamesman second. That said, a gamesman is always ready to make a play.

I do not think I will be able to attend with any regularity, but I think the ideal line of play is a familiarity game. I will likely be attending the same class or classes when I do go, so I hope to see some familiar faces after a while.

Anyone been in this situation before? I know I will enjoy a good workout and stretch, and doing it in front of many beautiful women only serves to increase my motivation.

I tried this yoga class. everyone just leaves right after the class.
All I could do was maybe talking to them while they are putting their shoes on or talking to them in the parking lot.

Check out to see if people stay and hang out after the class and if they have some sort of event night regularly.
(this salsa class let people dance after the class. it was a great way to approach chicks 'hey want to practice more?'

I haven't found much luck in the classes themselves, but the familiarity thing you mention seems like the best bet. Most yoga studios have a bulletin board that will have different stuff listed, sometimes there will be other more social activities that might be worth a shot.

you can also show up early to get a little more talk time.

There is also a previous thread that breaks out a lot of details about the different types of yoga and other game related thoughts about them

I went to both a yoga and pilates class this week for the first time. I did not expect either of them to be difficult but I woke up sore the next day. I lift weights daily, play basketball daily, and my arms and legs were on fire going through some of the poses and routines of yoga/pilates.

Yeah, that's why I'm doing it. I'm in decent shape already, having lost 60+ lbs and all...but i need to step it up.

If this class isn't conducive to meeting others, so be it. It will still be my tranquil and serene space. I'm gonna be doing some sort of candle-light yin yoga, which is apparently great for counteracting my aggressive, testosterone-filled life outside the studio.

Have you read Day Bang?
Find a prop to talk about, it should be something stupid, like her gym bag, where she buys her workout clothes, etc. Ramble about that prop and relate it to yourself. Generate conversation and jump around topics to fish around (Roosh goes into great detail, just read the damn book) You will know after 15 minutes if she's interested or not.

If it's a small class with regulars, you probably don't want to be that creeper that hits on multiple girls at once. But if it's a large yoga studio with lots of people coming and going I'd say you could cherry pick pretty successfully.

I think before and after the class a little smiling and saying hello/ howdy will show you who is open to interaction..

The point of modern propaganda isn't only to misinform or push an agenda. It is to exhaust your critical thinking, to annihilate truth.
