What are the Maldives like in December? Is it a fuckfest or boring or whereabouts in between? Are there a lot of tourist girls there that time of year and if so whereabouts are they from? Any idea what the nightlife is like? I may be there for a week in December for post-graduation celebrations with a couple dozen people from school. Oh yeah are 18 year olds legal to drink there?

LoL @ fuckfest...if by holding a sea shell in your hand at night then yes...

Maldives
-Is nice muslim like 98% of the religion but very strict
-Alcohol is not allowed at all bc of this. However, you can drink at the hotels and resorts.
-Not a ton of SINGLE tourist girls when I was there but oddly enough, most come with men/bf's and a shitload of married couples. Expect to see a ton of rich dudes with their harem and I'm not kidding.
-If you travel around I'm sure you'll cross occasional model on site for a photo shoot.

Yet and still, it is the most beautiful place on earth imho and I would live there if I had the multimillionaire cash deposits. I'm jealous...wish I could go back...

Sounds like your typical island resort set up thing. Most of the packages they offer are twin share sort of things which is really marketed for couples instead of singles. Pretty much why most of the Whitsunday Island resorts in Australia are awful for meeting singles. I could see the Maldives being a similar sort of set up
