which one is better for this sleeping with girls thing you guys do?

I live in Norfolk beach area.. it was rated one of the top 10 places to met 25 year aged group women in America (#4 I think at some point).

It's by the beach and there' tons of tan and white women. Norfolk and va beach have some solid bars and clubs and it has a good beach scene. Lots to do, just like a big city basically.

Dc is sweet though and I go on business trips there a lot. Its pricey so you will need a good job but there are tons of rich/hot/educated/feminist women all around. Great bar/club scene in some areas and I really like the area. It's your typical big city IMHO.

I have chosen to live in va beach over dc having been to both. Maybe when I am 30 something and have more equity I will move to Washington but not right now (I'm 25).
