What are some of the best takeaways from this video? Some of it is widely known (crossing arms), other things seem trivial or super specific.

I suppose I will pay more attention to how girls cross or un-cross their legs around me.

Some PUA type guy posted a clip from a BBC channel 4 series on body language where they simulated a bar with hidden cameras and analyzed what happened when the guys and girls interacted.

the clip was posted on here but google searches to locate the whole series fail. i have seen the series on youtube but didn't bookmark it.

i saw it a week ago and it completely changed the way I think about other people. i walked around the city with sunglasses and headphones and silently observed body language for hours. I learned a ton. if anyone can find that video series, please post it here

I can't offer any videos that I know of as of right now, but being able to read people/body language is a HUGE unsaid part of game. It doesnt just have to do with women but flows in absolutely every other part of your life. Being able to read people and having good body language affects you and aids you well in all social situations-work, matters of money, networking, going out (girls), with friends-etc. Its not till recently how much I've realized I've learned/studied this (social interactions) since I was so ADD and had the hardest time just getting all the way through reading a book (not to say Im dumb/stupid or anything close, its just what I learned I was always MUCH better at.)

-As far as body language and how to make it better, focus on lifting exercises that accentuate the back/shoulders and pull your shoulders back (instead of just forward.) Its hard to explain, but you want your shoulders in nice shape-but you dont want to be hunching/pulling up them up when you walk around. ( A NUMBER of guys do this without even recognizing it, whether its to look bigger or whatever reason-learn how to slightly pull them down and you'll look more relaxed. )I know a few exercises, but would have a hard time finding them to explain as of right this moment. If you can find or get the Spartacus workout from Mens Health, that is really good as well-and it will make you bust your ass...and then wanna KICK ASS! haha.
-Use dumbbells with squats, shoulder pulls/raises, lateral raises, romanian deadlift, single leg deadlift
-Also, a lot of guys will point their chin down as they walk. Learn to almost keep it flat or at least more perpendicular to the ground-pull it up. Studies have shown people find this more attractive for one, and two-seriously, go look in the mirror-you will look better when you pull it up because it kinda pulls the skin under your chin more taut and you look more confident/happy as well when doing so.

-Learning/acting takes time in the field to calibrate, so get out there, learn, and GOOD HUNTING!

People watching social interactions is one of the best ways to learn. Soon enough you will realize how much we do pick up on things without even saying or thinking them, about ourselves and about others-manifest through our bodys movements/presentation/actions. You might even be able to predict certain outcomes before they happen. Love it.
