went on a terrible date with a girl, had dinner for about $38 /w tip; we agreed to split the bill.

she: lied about her age, had a GIANT phone with huge sparklies and gemstones etc glued to the back, and, her credit card was declined

DECLINED

the waiter brought the card back to the table and very humbly whispered into my ear, "apologies sir but your card was declined." he hanged his head in SHAME.

i laughed and pointed to the princess across the table and said, "HERS!"

i tell her, "i hope you like washing dishes!"

the look on her face was priceless. she was reeling.

i decided to take some pity and with a lot of skepticism i purchased the dinner for two, informing her that she'll have to pay me back soon (TONIGHT.)

she moaned, "c'moon! i'll just get you next time! :V"

i laughed and went silent, then said, "you and i both know there isn't going to be a next time."

Look at your typical dating sites. All the broads have fucked up jobs. associates degrees, high school only education. They all have low end jobs *sub 24k year pay* Most have kids as well. Its depressing at hell. All the while my income goes up and up. :-)

I was at Yardhouse drinking with a buddy a couple years ago. Generally we'd shoot the shit, send girls messages, talk to whomever, you know how it is.

Anyway this one girl was messaging me and I told her to join me. I hadn't banged her before and this would be our first drink together.

My buddy knew her and they didn't get along at all so he decides to go meet another friend elsewhere. We settle our tab and man hug it out.

She comes over and I've got a full beer. At this time, unless you wanted to pay for each round you started a tab. The catch is that they required you to swipe a card first and then they hand it back to you.

She and I continue to drink on the same tab for a few more rounds. We are getting very touchy and I'm thinking my prospects to fuck her are pretty good.

Then she turns her head and is astonished to see her ex boyfriend. I could not be bothered to even look over. She starts to tell me how crazy he is. Blah blah blah. Great. He's crazy. She excuses herself to the restroom.

I sit there for ten minutes and I look down at my phone. She's text me that she felt uncomfortable and decided to leave.

I'm irate.

Then I remember who's card was swiped and order another two rounds before I leave too.

I get a text message a couple days later saying something along the lines of "You fucking asshole! You charged my credit card!"

I did not reply back.

If you were super alpha, you would have not had pity for her irresponsibility to not pay, paid for your meal only and made her wash those dishes, and they when she was done, banged her at your place then made her make breakfast the net morning and wash the your dishes before she left. Self entitled chicks got to be put in their place.

Really frustrates me when chicks don't pay up. I get average girls who make a fuss about paying 25 dollar where I live...even though they get added funding by the gov.

The first time we had dinner in Boston together she tried something similar, but when she hinted at it, I just gave her a "I am disappoint" look. This is something that most people, *especially* girls, cannot stand, knowing that they are dropping permanently in someone else's esteem. I paid anyway since I had plenty of funds from my work-study job, but she's never dared to presume so arrogantly the next few times.

That delivery of wordless contempt is an incredibly useful tool, it's worked in all areas of my life, when friends, or partners on a projects, do something unforgivably stupid. It creates a very low-setting dread that's just enough to limit the truly stupid shit from happening in your presence.

Girls here in China are usually pretty cool with going fifty-fifty. I had to insist on paying the full 100% last night when I took my regular out for her birthday.

I keep having the same idea: whenever I encounter an annoying bitch on the subway gabbing away at her phone, is it possible to smack that shit to the floor and then time my exit off the train car right as the doors are closing? Or will the doors reopen if they sense me darting past as they're about to close? Need to figure this out

She was basically of the opinion that all she had to do was show up and I'd be willing to throw open my wallet for her.

It gets even weirder. We leave and I'm ready to just cut my losses and go home; then she says to me, "so, you going to walk me home?" I walked her home. We get to her porch. I kiss her. And then she says to me. "oh. I wasn't expecting that." It was really one of these, "who does this bitch think I am moments?!" There's a chance that I could have gotten myself inside and pushed for the bang, but at that point I was just really sick of this broad, so I peaced out and called it a night. At what point does it get counterproductive if you're insistent that the girl pay for you regularly or you want to go dutch? Most guys who've been in the game can tell when girls are obviously trying to use you for free food/drinks/etc, but there's gotta be some leeway for girls who just don't have money.... especially if you're doing OK.

Here in Malaysia it is assumed that the guy will pay for the date, even if the girl has her own money. In fact in Chinese culture here if you are at a group meal there will usually be a fight to pay the bill. Guys will literally sneak off from the table pretending to go to the bathroom and instead they will pay the bill.
It took some getting used to when I first got here and even though food here is cheap it makes me feel bad when my colleagues pay for me because I know that I earn triple or even more what they do.

For dating girls here I generally go with the flow and pay as food and drink are so cheap and I'm not taking these girls to fancy dinners at expensive restaurants. That being said I have had a couple of girls here insist on paying there own way.
I've never had a girl here try and get me to buy her something like a handbag or jewelry, I would never do that if she did, but I have heard of girls like that. Friend of a friend dated this high society Chinese girl and apparently had to buy her shit all the time to keep her around.

Chinese culture is typically mercenary so the guys here blow a lot of their cash on girls to impress them and show how rich they are. Those kinds of girls don't tend to be interested in foreigners I've found though.

It's true. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I've heard that milk fat and milk acid are chelating agents and thus are useful at removing certain types of stains. This is probably the first and only time a Reader's Digest link will be shared on RVF:

If the girls genuinely dont have the money and she is a good girl, she will suggest going to activities that dont cost anything - hiking, walking, art galleries, doing stuffs at home. Thats a green flag. Bigger green flag is that if you invite her out making it look like no big deal and she made a point of returning the favor later. This is how I screened for my LTR.

I find it weird that you have to constantly insist that the girl pay for you / go dutch? If its a ONS I can see the reason to play a bit of "flipping the script" game, but if its a girl you keep seeing, either drop that cheap-ass bitch or stop asking her to go do stuff that cost money. She'd play with it, ask if I liked it/thought it looked good on her, and if I said yes she zoomed off to the register to buy it.
