I've picked up few sluts from those places as well. But looking back i've also had a lot of weak nights there too. Gotten a lot of flakey numbers, and arguments with those SWPL douche bags.

My goal is to get laid once every 2 weeks from night game here in DC. I think that's a reasonable goal if you have game and your venue selection is on point. That would be tough to do if I kept going to SWPL bars week after week.

Also the quality at those places aren't the greatest. Madhatters is a great bar to pickup girls within the 5-7 range. I'm black but for whatever reason I've had success there. I usually can sniff out the few chics in there that are down.

To each his own. Not trying to hate on you or anyone who prefers those bars.

Well,I've just watched this interview with Bill Moyer....and it seems it certainly doesn't suck for lobbiests and the ex politicians who become them!
Apparently they don't want to leave DC after they realise how much money they can make.
I didn't realise it was so blatant!
This guy's book must be getting some publicity,he's not shy in naming people!

I've never been to Chicago, but Baltimore is better than a lot of places. When I first moved there in the last nineties, it was really good.

I got a job offer working in McLean for 110k a year. Anyone know of any areas for nice apartments for a decent price. Specifically around Arlington or Alexandria?

RB Corridor in Arlington is where most of the young white 20/30 somethings hang out and live. Rosslyn, Courthouse, Clarendon, and Ballston are the submarkets. That would be your best bet.

@Tmart, I make similar to what you do, for now live in Arlington (just came back from a long sting in central Europe) and use every opportunity I have to travel outside this area and max my holiday leave. Making $110k youll be materially happy here but in terms of women and friendliness of people this area leaves a lot to be desired.
