We have any extremely skilled web developers out there? One that can handle just about everything when it comes to putting together a complicated professional website and maintain it? Im not talking about a wordpress blog here.

Im looking for a business partner for a couple ideas I have and want to keep the start-ups low-cost by including a skilled professional. Keep in mind I am not trying to hire anyone, Im looking for someone to help put in some sweat work on a couple ideas to see if they pan out, and if they do we will of course expand and then split profits.

I can find a local one near me. However, I would prefer a member of this site as we can relate on a common goal of location independent income (and chasing strange).
