So last night I ran an experiment. I slowed all my movements down. Even striking a match so slow and methodical. I stood straight, and when sitting leaned back in a very relaxed pose.

What I found. Rich Arabic dudes watched me like hawks, and starting mimicking my behavior. Hookers didn't approach. My Mark Nason's are loud, and I struck hard, and opened my stride when walking. It was loud across marble. Damn near everyone watched me walk to the bathroom. It was a commanding presence.

Emech schooled me on this. It makes a difference. I left the girls on my left shoulder, until it got to the point of going in for the kill, and then I faced them and stood over them.

The prick Syrian dude got a strong handshake, and my chest poked out. His posse wouldn't even look me in the eyes. The whole night I made a point of standing tall, and spreading out.

Oh yeah, one stupid blond hooker took my seat. I stood over her and intimidated her off the seat. Well, that and I grabbed her arm and threw her off it too. Funny, though, b/c her and her friends wanted to talk to me after that.

Now, by the end of the night, I got pretty fucked up. My movements became jerky, and I started making less eye contact. After that, no one paid any attention. At least not to my movements. They were watching me due to my classic Ali-B blah blah blah.

The posture I use is:

1.Always leave neck and crotch without any coverage from hands to show you are not afraid

2.Extend relatively

3.Taking enough space around

4.Back on the bar.Very important so you will not be surprised and pushed out of position

5.Not being afraid to maneuver.For example a guy stands at the corner of the bard to block your view to the blonde who stands in front.Another guy flashes his biceps left to her to warn you not to approach.Other guys making lots of noise around to attract the attention of girls and scare the other guys.Generally everyone tries to appear loud and with energy.

Silent Balkan power style:You approach like you are going to get of the bar with slow steps to the exit.When you pass in front of the guard in right of the girl who tries to block your view you get to the left like you will continue straight to the entrance.In this way you confuse him about your intentions because if gets aware you are going to talk to the girl he will talk to her first or he will try to block your access to her completely.Then you get back to the bar like you are going to order a drink.In this way you stand next to the guy who flashes his biceps.He looks at you to scare you not to approach the girl.Balkan look:You look under his eyes so that your intentions are not betrayed.Then you order a drink.While the guys around make lots of noise to attract the attention of the girls I make my move.

My back is at the guy who flashes his biceps.I speak to the girl from an angle so that her head blocks the view to the guy on the right who tried to block my view before.He will try to overhear the conversation so I speak in a low voice.In this way she has to stretch her neck so that her ears come close to my mouth to hear me.With the left hand I create space to keep the guy n the left away because he is likely to come pretending he wants to order a drink and he will try to squeeze me so I will abandon position.With the left hand I keep him away.Then after one minute talkingh to the girl I maneuver and turn with my back to the bar.Now noone can move me away.The body position of the girl changes accrdingly so that in order to talk to me she has to turn her back to the guy on her right.Now the danger is the guy on the left who can see her mouth and guess what we are talking about.So with my head I block again his view to her.

In this case there is only one thing they can do to tap me on shoulder and tell me to move to have a private conversation where they will explain to me to move away.Basic tule.I never leave the position.The guy has to push me out of position himself.If he tries again I refuse to move.I stay there while he pushes.If he tries to get violent I grab one chair with my hand and one bottle with the other hand.In general guys are fucked in all these cases unless they have good connections with the establishment and the security.

You going to continue slowing things down or revert back? Your last paragraph is spot on. I used to go out and do really well in the beginning of the evening: strong body language,strong voice being an over all cool mofo. But then by the end of the night after drinking I'd be slumping in my chair and grinning inanely from ear to ear and totally screw everything up. Now I don't get drunk when I go out to meet women and I do so much better. Ideally I would not drink at all but I think that may be a step too far.

I've heard a few guys rep up the concept of moving slowly to command attention, I try to practice it when I can, especially when making long, possibly awkward walks across a room. Long slow strides with hard connection of your heels to floor, you just feel more badass when you do it right.

One thing that I don't think gets mentioned enough is your gaze.

At a certain moment in the interaction with a girl, I just "switch" to this mode of "intense, deep gaze" into the girl's eyes. Some feel intimidated with the intensity, which I find cool, and yet I try and cool it off with introducing a different theme in the conversation.

I think it is important and powerful when words say one thing but your eyes say another. This is something I practice a lot. Like blatant stares into the girl's "curves" while talking something completely irrelevant.

Just an idea.

I think body language is one of the most essential parts of game.

Cajun made an awesome video that breaks down body language. Also, this guy's videos are great:





He has a whole series of athletic/yoga based stretches you can do that improve your body language.

Seriously guys, there's so much to this it's not even funny. It's the make or break moves regardless of who or what you are. I wish I could explain it but don't think anyone can. You have to be cool, sexy, a dick, inviting, standoffish, violent, friendly all at the same time and be able to judge which and be able to change up every second.

A few months ago I tried really hard to stay as relaxed as I was in a club as I was when I was by myself in my flat. I wanted to get it seamless. The movements slowed down by themselves, my body language became alpha and it just felt unnatural to be jittery or have defensive body language. It also helped that I was approaching a ton of girls and becoming more sure of myself because of the new experiences I was getting.

I usually have more success if I can feel the weight of my body. Then, I know that I'm relaxed/loose and present. When you feel present, everyone will feel your presence as well. When your body is locked up, then you disappear (this is the freeze mechanism used by animals to avoid detection by predators).

I think you convinced me to buy a pair of Mark Nason's over a year or so back. Still love them.

The importance of body language, posture, and movements cannot be overstated enough.
