Well it depends but I would say it's best to rent weekly I get 100 for mine but 125 or so depends where it is. You can buy nice trailers here from 2k to 5 some you could rent seasonal. I have enough land to make my own park and have kicked it around but way too much bullshit. My buddy said " you're going to be the mayor of crackdown" I can't do it. Just way too much with the kid and my pussy endevours. It can be done if you are on it hard though

So you mostly do short term rentals then? Or they pay by the week and live there for months? Can see why you would do this if there are a lot of lowlifes around, I just wouldn't want to deal with finding new tenants constantly. Would make utilities problematic too. Do you pay that?

Up here they rent them by the month and the tenant handles the utilities. Landlord pays lot rent.

Overall though at those prices the cashflow is definitely there and that's all one worries about with trailers. 50 of 'em and a guy has a nice side income.

This is so fucking funny and true! I spent some of my high school years living in the DEEP south. I went out with quite a few trailer park girls or some that should have lived there! "Redneck" and "white trash" are not interchangable terms-there is a a big distinction between them.

"Redneck" refers to someone of white working class origin who lives in a rural area or small town or at least identifies with the culture of those areas. The great majority of rednecks are good people- hardworking, family oriented, loyal to their friends and communities, generous and honest.

"White trash" refers to the disreputable type of lower class white people. They are lazy, government benefit sponging, frequently unemployed, drug and alcohol abusing, ill mannered, and criminally inclined. They can live in rural areas or small towns, but are just as often found in urban areas. In fact, while a trailer park in a small town may have mostly rednecks, a trailer park in a large urban area is almost guaranteed to to inhabited largely by white trash.
