RE: A Pattern of Bad Game: And How To Avoid It
I feel like my smoking kills my game with certain types of girls. But I can see where G is coming from. I guess it all just depends on the girl you're going for. I'm personally gonna try and quit pretty soon. I'm trying to be more concious of my health and personal improvement these days.

I'll admit that if I smoked it would have helped some interactions I've had in the past. Still won't do it.

As a rampant online player, I'll agree you get a much bigger thrill and sense of victory from an in-person pick up. The problem is I've just gotten so damn good at netting girls online that I'd be foolish not to invest time in it.

Also, a big problem in DC (besides the ugly frumpsters) is that half the women here do online dating, so just meeting a girl in person is no guarantee her ego is not overinflated from the endless spigot of online male attention.

Guys wanna argue with G.

Well, how is YOUR game going?

Unless you're pulling so much game that you can write a blog people actually read, you're probably just a young pup.

Or do a data sheet if you are murdering the game.

But if you're not doing data sheets or writing a cool blog or regularly doing value-added posts, then you're probably not running tight game.

If you're not running tight game, your energy would be better spent asking questions.

Every great professor started off as a student.

"Kids these days..."

Yeah, people always want to argue with me.

I think it's because I say things people don't want to hear.

I mean, look how popular the "gaming girls online" threads are.

Ditto. I don't even like girls that smoke, but they tend to be easier to swoop. They usually have no shortage of problems either.

People are quick these days to defend internet dating and attack smoking.

It's the world we live in.

REMOVAL OF THE TONGUE AND MOUTH

Girl I know is a surgeon in training. A couple days ago she showed me [anonymized] video of an operation where they removed the guy's cancerous tongue and mouth. They sort of reconstructed a bit of jaw from some metal or something so he wouldn't look as monstrous.

Not removal of "tumors on" the tongue and mouth.

Removal of the whole tongue and mouth. Try "the greatest opener ever" if THAT happens to you.
Or wandering over and "sparking up a smoke".

Three guesses whether he was a smoker.

Of course, all manly men here will just go and buy a gun and blow themselves away if that happens. Easy to do, right? What a great afternoon that would be; knowing you stupidly did it to yourself.

Do men have rationalization hamsters? Guess we'll find out now!!!

I think there is an epidemiological difference between someone who smokes like a chimney (i.e. multiple packs per day), and someone who does it or fakes it once in a while in the course of pick up. I'm not a smoker, and never will be, but I'm also not going to discount the advice here merely because it's contrary to my strong preference.

I'll be honest. when I first came onto this forum, G Manifesto seemed like some sort of troll that barely made sense.

The more time I spend here, the more I realize his genius.

RE: A Pattern of Bad Game: And How To Avoid It
I've gone on a bunch of dates from on-line recently, and the one common thing about them all is I didn't really like the girl once I meet them, with maybe one exception. The sexual chemistry was rarely there from my end. So, I think G is right that it's not the best way to go, because if you pick up in person first, you know right away whether you like or don't like.

Don't worry, you are not alone.

This is what happens when you write about things that are ahead of its time.

And this is why I am known on the streets as Your Favorite International Playboy's Favorite International Playboy.

RE: A Pattern of Bad Game: And How To Avoid It
After flipping through these threads for the last month now I already know the G Manifesto has a very similar style to pickup as I do... Unfortunately I have much catching up to do. I now realize half my pickups last year were after I accidentally said "hey I am gonna grab a smoke you can tag along if you'd like, followed later by let's smoke hookah at my place (I don't own one)". I buy a single pack every month and smoke less than 1 a week.

Anyway great thread here agree with it all for veterans, I've had to resort to FB DHV bangs a few times but I am going to challenge myself and move away from that. Can't wait to start getting away from the massive interviews I have been getting lately.

Not really ahead of your time. Going back in time is more like it.

When men dressed like men, smoked cigarettes, and ran the show.

Things really went to shit in the after the 60's.
