Great opportunity to meet the ladies. Apparently its a lot like Valentine's day...they wish they had a man in their life they could do something special for.

(PS don't tell them "you too" when they say happy holidays, it's like saying "you too" if you were told "happy father's day" haha)

Today in east Ukraine, many of the cafes were full of couples, but regardless, it's considered to be a minor holiday, all the schools and governemnt offices are still open, it's nothing compared to March 8, or May 9.
