Wow, you would think in a fat girl beauty pageant they would at least have girls with cute faces. This is more like "Least desirable woman in Brazil" pageant.

2nd tier cities are where it's at in Brazil, especially if you have people you can link up with. Gotta know that Portuguese though for it to be worth getting out of Rio or Sao Paulo.
