Could it be that the host showed your picture to one of her friends, and that friend was someone you'd slept with (or you sent dick pics to in the past)? Bogota social circles are smaller than you'd expect.

It seems a bit ironic that a RVF member would get accused of sending dick picks. Makes me feel like she suddenly figured out somehow that she was hosting a legend from the RVF forum and wanted nothing to do with it.

Protest the $80 charge with your credit card company. You should get the money back.

AirBnb probably won't ban you absent another allegation of this. They WANT hosts and renters. All they care about is padding their total user numbers before IPO'ing for billions of dollars on the stock market. If you protest to AirBnb and really go after it they will even refund the $80 because they don't want any issues. I got an entire reservation refunded once (over $600) because a host's place was not up to par even though I stayed there the entire reservation without leaving early.

It looks like this idiot has upped the ante and I suspect that she has contacted at least one of my references via Airbnb PM. A host who I rented from in Cali, Colombia last November messaged me today to ask how I was doing and if things were okay, which is very odd since we haven't chatted on Whatsapp for over two months, shortly after I left his condo. I just replied that all is good but I think I'll write him tomorrow and ask if this lunatic contacted him, as I mentioned before, I'd sooner forget about the entire situation and move on but if she wants to fuck me over like this then I'm going to do something about it, what a fucking cunt.

This is weird as fuck and i've personally never been exposed to a scam like this. It's really interesting to hear about it. The vast majority of girls online don't even bother to try to run their con games on me either. They are naturally filtered out.

The downside to WGF is that you are also the principle recepient to a lot of scams and other extortion attempts. A friend of mine told me about the shit he goes through..it's way more games than I put up with. It looks like this crazy bitch is outright trying to destroy.

You could fight fire with fire and say to airbnb that someone contacted you on her behalf suggesting you pay her more money or she will make sure you are kicked off the site. Mention that she has been reaching out to other hosts now that you havnt paid and that her story doesnt even make any sense. If you can frame it as a scam then whatever she does makes her look more guilty.

If I'm right, Whatsapp should be your best friend now, because every single message and pic is obviously sent via their system. What I mean is that if this is taken to court (hopefully not unless she or you decide to), you're covered.

Of course make sure to check that your account wasn't hacked (this can also be checked by Whatsapp) or (and don´t take this the wrong way) that you didn't forward anything by accident (we know how fast that can go with emails and messaging systems)

If this crazy bitch is proven wrong, you should get some compensation from her or Airbnb (for blocking you unfairly), or even better, from both

How long have you been using the phone number and the whatsapp id you gave her? Have you googled your id and phone number? How long have you been in the city the place is in? My guess is that you know someone she does and they didn't have the nicest things to say about you. As far as her accusations go since you said it was a lie it doesn't really matter.

On the overall I'd say if some chick is falsely accusing you of sending dick picks then you're probably doing something right. My response probably would have been to tell her it looks bigger in person, but that's just me.

If airbnb has not responded it's probably because their business model depends more on happy people who rent their space out than on happy people who rent someone else's space.
