I find it interesting that supporters of "diversity" justify it by claiming that, deep down, we are all the same. What's the point of diversity if we are all really the same? Or are they saying that diversity can only be tolerated if we are really the same?

As far as the rights issues, what fundamental rights are gay people denied? To own property? To form legal contracts? To vote?

It can be easy to dismiss this as left-wing bullshit to drive corporate profits, but it clearly is about maintaining the social degeneracy brought on by progressivism and feminism.

Interestingly enough, the same people who bitch about masculinity being about "not being a woman" and heterosexuality being about "not being a homosexual" are the same people who support this. "I'm not one of those homophobes," "I'm not one of those diversity or equality deniers." These are the sorts of people who whine about stereotypes and putting people into boxes while claiming to be a "female, vegan, genderqueer, radical feminist, progressive, ukulele master" - proving their whole life is about putting themselves and others into boxes.

As far as Burger King is concerned, I will still swipe their one dollar side salads and only get their chicken sandwich meal and dip it in Buffalo sauce. The Whopper sucks donkey balls. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Nothing like a good Gay sandwich from Burger King after a hard working day. Too bad that it tastes usually very stale, so I prefer to additionally put some of my own salami on it.

I hear they sometimes have good offers of this. Might be good idea for your kids' birthday to have a fun sausage party. Just don't let them spill their mayonaise on the seats and floor. People working at BK are unfortunately very anal about that.

Does anyone how the Burger King menu is different in China? Do they include regional specialties, like the Raw Dog?

Pointless utterly pointless. I have members of my family who are gay and they all hate shit like this. Their attitude is "Yes I'm gay now lets move on." They hate it when they turn every stupid little thing into an issue. All this shit is just pandering to people who want to appear progressive and liberal but who like the majority of us really don't give a flying fuck.

No new products, nothing, just a rainbow wrapper" They have existed as some sort of second choice to Mcdonalds and now by coming out as 'gay friendly' they are going to be the fast food of choice for everything far left. The same way that Chick fil A is the fast food of choice or the far right. Genius.

Thing is, Chic-Fil-A is fire as fuck. Never had a bad meal there. Their combination of food care and restaurant presentation is top notch for a fast food joint (at least the one they recently opened by my place in Chicago).

BK on the other hand is all around god awful, and that's been my opinion since middle school; way before I knew anything about the whole homosexuality debacle. I'd rather eat a cigarette butt sandwich than a whopper.

Since the very word gay has been misappropriated, McDonald's has a perfect counter: it will replace the Happy Meal with a Gay Meal.

The problem with all this is that kids frequent these fast food places and are subjected to this shit. I have no problem with gays being proud but they are .01% of the population and this kind of shit doesn't belong in the mainstream. I don't like how they portray it as being cool and progressive. Kids are very impressionable.

I do a lot of work in advertising companies all over NYC and needless to say it's full of hot girls and gay men. They have more influence than you think. It's an uphill battle for the straight majority.

yes, Chick fil a does a great job in all aspects but it also has a very simple menu. Its clean, friendly, family friendly, safe and predictable...perfect for christian families.

Burger king can profit from its grimy image with the gay/counterculture appeal. Like how you always feel like you risk your life by eating at the waffle house attracts hipsters to go there, maybe burger king will be a place where you can puke on the counter and have sex in the bathroom and no one will bat an eye. Gay men having sex in rest stop bathrooms? forget it, now they can do it at burger king and get a burger when its done.

BK is known for troll marketing. They are not a iconic, imbedded, and basically automatic brand like McDees. They will never get to that level so they troll with stuff like this to get huge waves of free press and attention and it never fails for them. There marketing team is one of the better ones with food along with DQ/Dairy Queen, and Carls Jr. BK will take any high level trend and work it into a marketing gambit. When bacon was the cool thing to eat BK trolled and made a bacon milkshake and got a shit ton of free press. They likely ran focus group tests and seen that fat jezebel types would run at this whopper, buy 8 of them, eat the burgers and the wrappers, and then blog about it and give BK more press. It's just another chapter of then the economy and cooperate class pandering full sale to women. But, this isn't about the gays, they are simply being used as pawns to project a certain styling and ideal that appeals to women's emotional complexes, and thus, make them spend more money. It's the new green washing and for massive pit corps like BK whom can't even fake being green because of three business models this is just a way easier step.
