That description makes it sound like one has to work to not be that fat. But for the level of obesity that she has reached, it's just the opposite: you have to actively work to grow to and maintain that size.

In other words, she didn't get to that size, nor does she maintain that size, on a 1500-2000 Cal diet.

This goes back to AB's point: self-control and not eating to fill some void in one's life. And if she doesn't have that control, fine, eat yourself to death, but for fuck's sake, don't go proclaiming to the world that you're beautiful and expect people to be as delusional as you are.

There was a study recently (and probably multiple studies that confirm this) that obese people spend significantly more time sitting than healthier weight people. Not surprising, but just another data point that refutes the notion that the obese eat like and engage in the sorts of daily activities that other people do.

So to answer your question, yes, she would burn a lot of energy moving 311 lbs around a lot, but the reality is she barely moves it. Plus, she's consuming far more calories, and likely a far worse mix of calories, than a healthy female of her height.

Truth. What is funny about us brothers and fat chicks is they approach us all ladylike. Bragging they are loyal, can cook, and clean. So dudes be like she is a keeper. I'd say a majority of my friends who date/bang attractive women have gone dumpster diving several times. And fat girls can sense it. They see me and the look in my eye immediately tells them "not on your life", whereas with some of my friends it's "well, if I'm drunk enough".

That's the thing. It's not enough that they get too much attention that is misinterpreted. They now want fat acceptance, which means being at the top of the food chain (pun intended) in terms of SMV.
