My hometown of Glasgow is absurdly easy for pulling, especially if you have (or are rather good at impersonating) a foreign accent.

If you look at all American Indigenous then that's a completely alien look over here. So exotic for sure. What sort of admixture are you out of curiosity? Who do you resemble, because what's considered mestizo over there might just be seen as 'white with a tan' here.

I have two friends, both lived near Oxford. One is a black American and the other is a Native American Indian. Both pull like crazy, I'd imagine it would be easy for you.

Teedub, Mexican American. i sort of look like Chris Brown but a Hispanic version. Light brown, full lips, dark black hair and eyes, thick eyebrows, thin. I dont look white at all but look nothing like an Indian. Picture can be sent via PM if needed.

You would also need some tracksuit bottoms to fit in with the locals, if you wanted to pull them, say you have a 2 litre bottle of cider at your place haha. For the white ones, do as Tyler says above. For the black and mixed race ones, just listen to some British rap music, learn the slang... and you'll be good to go. That said, that would probably work for the white ones too!
