Just started knocking though this method a bit; on this site and a couple others. Quality in LA is very solid.

I do essentially the same thing. "We need to see if we have a connection first."

During the date, I'll dangle the possibilities in front of her. I've traveled a lot so I will discuss some of my adventures and ask her what places she'd like to visit. I'll even ask her if she has a passport and if she'd consider taking a weekend trip with me. Of course these bitches eat it up.
