Depends what you're looking for.

Neustadt-Süd , to be more exactly the area around Zülpicher Platz (orange). (students go out here, more laidback style)

The area around Rudolfplatz & Friesenplatz is also very good (green). (the normal crowd and working people go out there , more of a stylish crowd , short dresses & high heels , some serious talent to be seen, but also alot of wannabe's, jerks and turks that like to show off. Doormen can be also idiots sometimes and the potential to see a fight here is the biggest)

Also Ehrenfeld to some extent if you're into hipsters (blue, cannot be seen on the map, but its not far, practically still in the inner city) ( even more laidback style than the students quarter, girls there don't necessarily wear high heels, but are easier to talk to than the stylish crowds around friesenplatz and rudolfsplatz ).

That said, there's a shitload of clubs & bars in cologne.

I am currently in Berlin having just arrived.The culture shock is immense.How do German guys manage to put up with so ugly women is an achievement.While German guys look quite good.I could not believe my eyes when a rather hot girl in heels left her also hot girlfriend in airport and came to where I was giving the fuck me eyes.Of course she was Russian.At one point she bent on her knees to pack some things and her ass lightened the whole airport.She was wearing no underwear.Russian women can make even Germany interesting.

Yes, Germany is one of the countries I prefer to look at the buildings than at the women.They are really great engineers.

Otherwise the Germans have the fun of their lives with the weak southern Europeans and the simpleuton Slavs as they view them.
Another thing I miss from Greece is the pleasure to swear,to kick dogs and disregard disabled.Here these rights are forbidden and the population exhibits a certain degree of anger coming from the strict rules for everything.

I don't know, you guys. German girls are not all ugly. The girls I saw in Wedding and a few other places were pretty and well made up. It may have been the fact that it was a rare sunny weekend when I arrived and everyone was in a good mood, but I didn't see as many slobs as many places in the USA. Even many Turkish women were good looking, the ones who didn't have their shit all covered up. I'm not gonna deny that there are slobby stocky German women around (hell, that's the primary stereotype) but its better than a lot of places in the US.

I've also been to the Reeperbahn and while its no Vegas, in my mind its worth coming back to when there's less snow on the ground. Its also interesting to see the effect of whores everywhere on normal girls' demeanor.

However, the competition is also strong, with tall well-dressed guys everywhere, at least in the classier parts of Berlin.

4.Germans are in constant alert.They have very good attention span . Although they do not make an effort to recognize the needs of the others they know what they want they just play ignorant to block them.
5.The Germans are very honest.Contrary to that many foreigners in Germany are not honest at all.Germans will never rip you off for that matter and prices are the same for everyone.

6.They are very clean.Also the shops are very clean.You do not enter this stinky quality as in the south.
7.They are very well organised, extremely efficient and masters in combined effort .Unfortunately they do not predispose the foreigners pleasantly with their appearance (lack of esthetics especially on women) but this is not their job.

Once you try to imagine how they look under the heavy clothing they are not bad. Damn, I start to like Berlin a lot especially this DDR feeling.Just walking among the monuments.It is a great city.Perfect.Beer is phantastic and there are excellent italian and spanish restaurants so no need to worry about food.I would put girls as the third or fourth priority here although there is some abundance of slavic women.This city has it all apart from proximity to Poland.
