I don't know by law, but they don't really care about regulations.
So clubs could go on 24 hours if they wanted to, and yes, you can smoke in bars (which I hate but to each their own).

Romania just moved up the list.

RE: Romania
From some pipelining I did today, and comparisons i've made to Ukrainian/Polish women. It seems that Romanian girls are considerably more attractive than Polish girls(probably the least attractive Eastern Europeans), they are pretty dark with better genetics and skin than Ukrainian girls for instance(some have serious skin problems, and are generally paler, apart from in the south). The consistency of quality in Romania seems to be good, better than Poland where only the top tier is hard to find, but perhaps not as good consisteny as Ukraine, spotted a fair few fatties on Badoo.

Not sure of the personalities of the Romanian girls, they are more European than Ukrainians for sure, so I would guess better to have some connection with. Many of them will at least have visited countries like the UK, and perhaps spend some time there

Their physical appearance is a bit too dark for me, they have black eyes which is not my thing, a bit cow-like. But it's somewhere I would add to my weekend away portfolio of countries.

RE: Romania
I stand by my extensive cam girl research that Romanian girls may just be THE hottest girls on the planet.

I'd bet that literally 1/20 hot young girls in that country are cam girls.

Everyone smokes in Romania. People ask you why you're not smoking if you don't.

When you buy a bottle in a club, they bring a pack of cigarettes with ice and mixers.

There really is no closing time. Additionally the logistics are poor in Bucharest. Many of the best clubs, in the summer at least, are located near lakes, away from the city center.

This forum really is a giggle, last month saw Ukraine rise from the ashes to once again be considered a pussy paradise after Roosh discovered he should have been in the capital all this time. Now we have a new player on the block....Romania, there has been little talk of Romania on here, but now all of a sudden we have people declaring Romanian girls as the hottest on Earth.

Oh, my review of westerncancer's picks

Pic 1. Would bang the girl on the left, but not the other two.
2. Really hard to tell from the photo, I think she has very bad skin
3. No
4. Would bang the blonde on the right, but she's just a 7 with good teeth.
5. Looks like a fucking whore - ok probably.
6. Wouldn't bang potato face, but the boobs look decent.
7. A milf in good shape, she kind of looks like a Romanian/Philipino cross.

Yeah, it is kind of hilarious.

I wrote this a while back on the history of trends on Rooshvforum:

I will be there all summer and let you guys know. Can't wait!

I knew a Colombian addict, like me, who stopped going to Colombia once he went to Montreal.

So, is Montreal the Medellin killer? who knows......

Mixx

I have noticed certain "trends" with the forum.

When I first joined, everyone was yapping about Buenos Aires.

Then Mixx ushered in the "Colombia Era".

Then there was a brief "Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania" era.

That one got cut short by my Data Sheet, and got Killed off By Roosh's recent Sheets.

Then there was kind of a "Thailand, Philippines Era" and "Balkans Era".

You will notice hardly anyone talks about Buenos Aires anymore.

Now it is a "Ukraine and FSU Era" along with a "Montreal Era".

Poland is really getting a lot of play lately too.

Places get hyped so hard, then the next wave comes through who's expectations are sky high, and then the back lash comes.

Then you start seeing threads like "Is XXXX city past it's prime?" or "Have Sex Tourist's Ruined XXXXX?"

Or

"Is flaking getting out of control in XXXX?"

Followed by the inevitable:

"Wait, what is the best way to meet girls online in XXXXX?"

Followed by the also inevitable:

"I figured out Game finally in XXXXX!!!!!! The Key is Social Circle Game!!!!!"

This forum is a little of a Self Fulfilling Prophecy.

RE: Romania
I'm excited about the trip. I have gotten used to EE women (and women in general) so I was looking for a country that may spice things up a bit.

It looks like Romania hasn't joined Schengen yet, so it's a fresh 90 days for American passport holders.

Quote:Gray referred further questions to another EC spokesperson, who said it was not possible to give a date for a decision on Romania’s Schengen accession, adding that Romania was already “technically ready” to join. Romania should have been given a clear time frame, but this has not happened, according to the EC.

Romania is part of the EU. Has been for over 5 years.

Country is by and large a shit hole, although it ought not be. It is in a fertile region and was historically renowned for its beauty. From the time of Emperor Constantine, just before even, until a few hundred years ago, the region had a wonderful reputation. Between the black sea and the mountains, it was romantically appreciated. Throw in some bad history, some Caecescu, and a western cultural distaste for Romany gypsies and the country has a shit reputation (somewhat similar to Poland, in fact. Once seen as the aristocratic Slavic country, forward thinking and the most liberal of liberal, now, between hundreds of years of wars with Russia and / or Germany, the worst end of the industrial revolution, World War 2, communism and then solidarnocz the country has developed a backward image that will take a few generations to restore) . Anyway, reputations aside, the women can be hot, to state the obvious. The average chick maintains a good shape to go with her typically pleasant, somewhat slavic (but not 'really'), countenance. Plus, like Greek Kamaki said, they are always approachable. Read approachable as relatively 'easy'.
Except for one type that you might encounter. Many of the new upper middle class types in Bucharest will pay little time to foreigners unless they are social circle validated, Italian model or really high worth business types. They do this to avoid the stigma that is associated with middle class and lower class girls latching on to any foreigner. The upper middle class girls want to distance themselves from those below them by not doing the same things.

Being a blonde guy in Romania is huge. The girls lap that shit up.

Romanian girls, as any European will probably know, are recognised as the easiest in Europe. Greek guys have married thousands of them. French men too. Spanish businessmen keep them as mistresses. Italian men treat them like concubines. Sure, these are stereotypes, but they are all partially true.

Indisputable truth? Well, that's an epistemological conundrum. When it comes to such normative statements, i think we might agree there are no absolute indisputable truths. Let me put it this way...

a European businessman has money and a reputation to consider.
If he marries an Italian he gains in credibility.
If he marries a French girl he gains in credibility.
The same for Sweden, Norway and, perhaps, Denmark. Finland, not really.
If he marries a Bulgarian it's because he didn't have enough game, money or credibility to 'get' an Italian, French, Scandinavian and didn't have enough confidence to get a Romanian. Moldovan's are even lower.

Sure, these are weak social strata i am describing here, but the perceptions run through a typical European mind. A Spanish construction worker who marries a Romanian is seen as having 'bought' her because she is easy. And that is a low Spaniard, and a Spaniard is a lower European in the standards (compared to Italian, German, Scandinavian, French, British etc).

Hmm. This is cultural actuality without the required deconstruction to prove it or convince you that it is anything more than a theory. Perhaps another time i will think this out and make it clear, but, right now, i maintain what i said. Romanian girls are considered easy, the easiest in Europe, and any man with one is seen as having bought her, regardless of how hot she is. Now, sure, that also applies to Russians and Poles, and so on, but with Romanians, it is seen as a little cheaper.

Is it fair, or even prudent? Probably not. But it is a type of meme that runs through a western European individuals mind.
