I think there can be no question that G's "attitude" on the forum is completely ridiculous. It might be funny and entertaining to some degree but it's also obnoxious and gratuitous. That kind of steez might suit his blog well but I don't think it meshes with what this forum is about. The fact that he's ignored Roosh's private messages to comply with the standards of the community he created is unacceptable. I can't speak on the guy personally since I don't know him, but no one else does either apparently. I stand by Roosh's decision here.

I second this on Ottawa. I went there last summer and the bitch shields were zero. I was standing next to a young lizard (around 23 cos I asked her) and she was very receptive and we were chatting and vybing. I went there with my friend and each night we brought a lizard home. First night we brought one lizard home but she didn't want to bang cos we were sharing the room and it was two dudes vs her. I got my snout near to her vaginal lips but she wouldn't let me breach.

Second night, we picked up two mums from Kingston. I got the blonde and my friend got the brunette.
We were in the room making out in the dark but again, it was one room with four people and they didn't want to be fcuking in the room like damn farm animals in a barn.
I was fingering the blonde but she resisted when I tried to get my bell end in.

The point is, Ottawa doesn't get a lot of shine but it's another mine. Very very clean city.

Some think G Manifesto is truth, others pure fiction, and others exaggerated truth. You could put me in the last camp. Regardless of which it is, G's arrogance on the forum is simply his personality - whether real or internet-created, it's who he is, and at least he doesn't compromise on that.

But I think the expressed lavishness of G's lifestyle makes this more of a Dash Global-esque combination where people are getting upset about arrogance and faulty (or at least hard to believe) claims. People don't like to be talked down to or even antagonized by someone they view as a fraud. Like I said - I don't think anyone could just make up the things G talks about. But I do think anyone could exaggerate. And personally, I wouldn't complain about the things G has said... but I can see why others might.

In spite of all this... drama on a forum full of men doesn't seem right.

How are we expected to believe any data is legit unless someone tests it out or they post verifiable pictures? Data can be bias towards a certain lifestyle. I posted a Vancouver data sheet a little bit after getting here, had some definitely solid spots, but as Laner noted it was bias towards someone my age and I definitely haven't spent enough time really searching out all of the venues.

Gastown was popping (low key) when I was there back in 2009! I had no idea Gastown was still underground, I assumed it would of been mainstream by now. 'Shine' was the spot for the longest time for me. Have no idea if it's still open.

G is cool with me. My only issue is that his info can be spotty at times but he still vouches for it. The Toronto thread probably pissed of a lot of people because he was making the Godless Toronto sound like a piece of cake but not being able to trace back his sheets. But the data was way outdated it really was not relevant. I spent enough time in Vancouver but would be a fool to try and right a sheet in it. It was so far back that it would be a disservice to drop info and vouch for it.

It is really a case of a elite being to detached. I have no idea if homie is real. Hell I though he was a brother for the longest time. Dude lives his life like a movie. I wonder sometimes if he believes his life is real. It you up on that level it would probably be hard too.

I never had a personal issue with the guy. You can't take things so online.

The only way to vouch G is to track down his roots in Ireland. I an surprises no forum members over there have done this. Families and communities are easy to navigate in those parts.

I guess I'm one of the only people who doesn't give a fuck about this, for whatever reason I was way more irked over Mixx, simply because 1/4 of the people on the forum were acting like fucking fan-boys and the e-props were getting gay. That, and I thought the dude was over-exaggerating, if not straight up lying about stuff, which I believe is the reality considering he recently admitting to not getting laid once in a month in Rio and resorted to doing p4p to get pussy.

Anyways, as far as G goes, I find his posts entertaining, they make me laugh and I like his use of vocabulary and affinity for the 90's. But, I think it's lame that he has fanboys who believe every little thing about the guy, shit I don't believe anything I read on the internet. No one has ever met G-Manifesto, while guys have met Giovonny, MikeCF, Moma, Roosh, El Mech, Ali, etc., etc., etc.

I have reason to believe their shit, because other guys have seen them in the flesh and verified it. G-Manifesto writes stuff that isn't exactly the most believable, if he was writing about striking out, banging 6's, etc., it'd be a lot easier to believe. So basically, he could be real, or he could not be, I don't know, so I'm not going to believe things either way.

I do find it odd that with all the networking that's gone on the forum, G continues to duck any member who wants to meet up. I know, you'll say, but, but, he's an international man of mystery, he's involved in criminal activities and needs to stay anonymous. Or he could be making up everything, and tooling a bunch of idiots.

Ali is the real deal. Was supposed to meetup in Santo Domingo but he was resting that night. Hung out with RVF member Elabayarde who said nothing but good things about Ali.

My humble opinion:

I have never been personally attacked directly by G Manifesto nor have I PM'd Roosh nor reported one of G Manifesto's posts.

But let's call a spade a spade when it comes to the guy, if he exists:

1) His arrogance knows no bounds.

2) I would estimate maybe 40% of his posts are attacking other members or absurd self-aggrandizing hyperbole.

3) The guy takes credit for everything under the sun. If we didn't have a U.S. patent office, G Manifesto might have half the forum believing that he invented the wheel, and anything else of value.

4) The guy's response to most challenges he gets is to question the forum member's sexuality. (Ali-B motorcycle riding, Republicans, Spain shemales, for example). This is some seriously immature behavior, totally divisive, and again makes the forum toxic.

However, some members have mentioned that they have learned from his posts. Personally, having spent considerable time in Southern California and Southern Florida, I can say that I did like some of the stuff he wrote and there was value there, whether its first-hand from G Manifesto or not (as El Mechanico wondered).

One other thing, some of the defenses in this thread of G Manifesto are more baffling to me than the G Manifesto persona itself. Top 3 defenses (paraphrased) which make no sense whatsoever in my opinion:

1) "That's just the way he is/talks." How does this excuse bad behavior? Some people are assholes by nature--they're still assholes and should be treated as such.

2) "Not a big deal if he's fictional" I think the "factual" issue is a big sticking point for most members here and the whole crux of this forum.

3) "He's defending against his multiple attacks." G Manifesto attracts his attackers by insulting people both directly and indirectly with every other post. He practically disses the entire RVF, Roosh himself, Naughty Nomad, etc. all in one fell swoop by saying:

" Let’s face it, outside of The G Manifesto, the Internet is basically just a bunch of vague bullsh*t where people don’t break sh*t down."

Bottom line, I think there's at least a kernel of truth to most of what he writes about, but I believe he embellishes big time and the props he gives himself constantly is nauseating. Still he shouldn't be banned, but rather just called out whenever necessary, as happens with most other members.

I'm not sure where to start with this thread, since I'm coming in a little late to the conversation.

I guess, for starters, I'm surprised with this sudden you-need-to-be-vetted-in-person requirement that seems to be getting louder, but coming from a vocal minority on the forum. This seems to me problematic, and to be a slippery slope.

Secondly, to paraphrase MikeCF, I'm not here to white-knight for G--since he can handle himself. My interest is the well-being of the forum, which I value. That said, I'd like to give some general ideas about the situation and hope that it contributes to the conversation in a productive way.

G is a complex figure, like him or not. I see G as an eccentric, simply told. Frankly, this community is packed with eccentrics--myself included--though of different varieties. With "eccentric," I mean in the sense that we: think, do, and talk differently than 98 percent of the dudes out there. At his best, what G brings to the table is personality and creativity. (I have to take a moment to add that, while I think "data" is valuable, being a guy who contributes to the life blood and character of this community is also important.) That G is the originator of a lot of the terms and memes of this forum should say something. I'm not one of the members who originally came to this forum for its travel features, though I'm periodically active in that area (I came for the game and lifestyle discussions with like-minded guys), so I have to take the word of others to judge many of his "data" contributions. So add to everything above that he has dropped--even by the most conservative, uncharitable estimates above--at least some valuable travel data, and you realize his value as a member.

That doesn't mean you have to agree with G, like who he "is," and what he "does." What's more, I recognize he has been at the center of some forum division of late.

There are several guys on here with what I see as unpleasant, weird socio-political views that I don't agree with. Even guys I really like periodically say unsavory shit sometimes that, in my opinion, discredits us all. There are guys here who from time to time drop little semi-racist statements, diminish our views by going overboard on some point, or go on semi-delusional, tin-foil-hat, hard right-wing sermons that I couldn't disagree with more. Most of the time, I don't care, but sometimes I get irritated by just how out-there their stuff can be. You could see this, for instance, leading up to the election, but also before, and in other contexts. That said, I know these members bring value--one way or another--and, within certain standards of reason, I understand that you sometimes have to deal with eccentricities and weirdness from guys who excel at some skills (in this case, above-average social intelligence). There is a certain amount of open-mindedness, so to speak, I have to have with a not-tiny subset of members. It's not that I dislike them, it's that they're different-ass people. That is one of the beauties of this place--the diversity. I only expect the same goes in my direction. I say shit people don't like--I don't doubt that--but people know, in aggregate, I'm on their team and share other of their views.

Ideally, I'd like to see the sides come together here to prevent a situation where the forum loses another long-standing, first-generation member. But, needless to say, the poisonous cloud coalescing around this issue is untenable. I'd like to see G tone down his recent posture and set aside some of his resentment, and get back to the old, forum character and contributor we know and appreciate. He doesn't need to further confront or call out his haters; he can level with the forum, say his piece in a productive way, while maintaining his privacy (which is his prerogative), and reinvigorate the affection he obviously has here. I think he can continue to be G without slap-downs and call-outs.

At the same time, of course, that necessitates some of the guys who have been taking cheap shots at him to cut it out as well. This thread has provided a place for a healthy, and probably necessary, airing of grievances. I think if G makes an overture, guys need to be prepared to reciprocate and extend a set of courtesies that gets passed around here more than you probably realize--the benefit of the doubt or, absent that, respectful disregard of each other.

Needless to say, the object here is to stomp the escalating call outs, dueling post reports, and jabs that have been going on. I hope we can iron this one out like level-headed men and smooth out this latest episode of forum drama.

G is a colorful and entertaining character. Anybody who takes him so serious to the point that he can get under their skin... Well, they need a thicker coat of skin. Yes, some of his posts are designed to irritate... To cause a reaction. If that's the obvious intent, why give him the satisfaction?

I appreciate people like G because they can teach you a lot about yourself. If he or people like him can pull your strings at will, that's a sign that you have some internal work to do.
