Picture that: now she has the fit guy who has money and is COOL. Her friends meet him at the THEATRE (not at his 12th Chuck-e-Cheese franchise, which collectively net him 2.3 MM per year) and ask "What does he do?"

I see what you mean but the lines aren't that sharp. This isn't a plain ROI deal as you keep implying. The escorts are most efficient, the porn company creates a nice setup, the car makes things way easier for girls in the 7-8 range (maybe 9s also?) and has other side benefits. All of this has to be considered. And there's no reason he only has to choose one. He already does escorts from time to time; they're always a good backup option.

I'm not sure that escorts are even the best pure ROI. At $300 per lay, it may be better for him to buy the car to get a stable of girls and take the $70k hit after 4 years.

Another way to do it - have a chick do the scouting for you. Pay her a finder's fee for each top tier girl introduced. You may need to structure it somehow so that you incentivize her to only provide hot girls (no average ones). And also girls that are ready to put out.

If the dude can afford it, he should buy the fancy cars and the sick pad. If I had tons of money, I would probably buy a slick pad in the Hollywood Hills and roll around in a flashy car. Why not? Hell, you only live once.

That said, in LA getting lots of hot girls (w/o paying for it) depends on status - celeb status being the best. So maybe his focus should be on using his money to get connected in the club scene by partnering up with club owners & celebs on events.

By the time they see your car or house, they already like you. It's a waste of money to get it for those reasons. Spending the money to facilitate getting laid is far more productive. Having a place right beside where you game for impulse lays will help a lot more for example. Travelling to places where it's easier to get laid. Doing activities that might have a lot of girls around to socialize with. Buying good threads. Buying awesome food and workouts to have a better body. Hosting parties to have the girls and people come to you and have a home base advantage. Flying to wherever like it's nothing.

I second John Galt2's experiences. I drive very nice cars, because I love them and they're a reward for hard work. I have a really nice house. But, having those things doesn't get you anywhere. You don't mention what kind of car you drive or how much your house cost when you're out chatting up chicks. If you do (and I've heard it hundreds of times), you're pathetic. You need game to get laid, period.

I've had dozens of chicks get into my car, look around and say surprised "wow this is really nice" and then admit they have no idea what kind of car it is. Certainly they recognize a nice, newer clean car over a POS and they might register a Mercedes over a Honda. But I'd bet most girls (gold diggers excluded) couldn't tell the difference between a 5-series BMW, an S-class Mercedes or a Bentley Flying Spur (price ranges of 50k to 200k). And you can forget about AMG, M or other tuned variants, only gearheads respect that extra oomph. Exotics (Ferrari, Lambo, Astons, Mclaren) are great as a second ride, but they attract the wrong kind of attention and are finicky (not to mention difficult to get insured).

The house is a deal closer. A girl sees you have your shit together, a nice car, big house and you don't say anything stupid it's a walk in the park. But you never reach that point without game. Be prepared to get some clingers and wrap it up twice, they *all* see dollar signs.

Lastly, most of the flashiest guys you see are running on credit or borrowed time. True wealth is almost always low key.

Favorite example: moved to a wealthy area and had an office downtown. Used to see a guy rolling around in a different exotic every day of the week or a chauffeured Rolls. In a flashy place, he stood out, very hard to do. One day he comes shooting by in a blue Bugatti and I flipped my shit because I had never seen one on the road ($1.5m). I looked into the guys business, his background and I told my colleagues "that dude's up to something". He had multi-million dollar houses all over town, a dozen cars, it was ridiculous. Nobody making legit money blows it that fast because it's damn hard to make and you don't know how long it will last. Nearly 18-months to the day he was on CNBC, giant fraud now behind bars.

I always had the feeling that having a luxury car and a big house wouldnt make all that difference, because the majority of girls you will encounter in the streets (or whatever place) wont see your car or your house.

But sorter, do you approach girls while you driving? Dont you notice a difference if you approach while you are driving or if she sees the car you are driving when you are about to approach her comparing to a normal approach in a mall or club? Dont you find girls more receptive when they see your luxury car?

Sorter is spot on - nice house and nice car go a long way but you need to use your own skills to get them in the house and in the car. He's also right in that most chicks dont know shit about cars. Think about it - a new Ford Explorer costs 40k or so now and thats not going to get you anywhere, but a used Range Rover with some miles on it can easily be had for 20k. But which one makes you higher status? Remember, girls aren't that bright. Cars to us are like shoes or purses to them - we dont know shit about them or their supposed worth/value.

What malc and Sorter said. I used to live in the trendiest part of town and it's usually the deuchebag that drives Farreri and Lambo. The Lambo is IMO one of the ugliest cars out there and it attract a certain type of girls (Gold diggers and bimbos) me and my friends just laugh at these guys. You can't drive your cars into the clubs or park your house right outside, you still need game to bring them back to your car or house. By then, if you're any good-you can close them anyway.

If I was wealthy in Los Angeles and was hell-bent on plowing through as many 9+ girls as possible, here is what I would be most concerned with:

Access, and networking. The Range Rover Sport and the sick pad would be a prerequisite, but it wouldn't land you shit. The majority of guys that drive expensive cars may not approach but i have seen guys who drive expensive cars approaching while driving.
