While I've never been to Ukraine or Philippines, I have been to countries that are similar to both, Russia and Thailand, respectively. I like to think of Ukraine and Philippines as good poor man's alternatives to the former 2. Also, I'm very familiar with Hong Kong, which is loaded with Filipina maids everywhere.

These countries simply aren't comparable. If you have yellow fever, Ukraine won't deliver, so Philippines would be much better. Likewise, if you have a strong preference for white girls, Philippines won't deliver, so Ukraine would be much better.

From my experience in Hong Kong, while Filipinas are feminine, most are 5s and the femininity is a submissive, or to put it not so nicely, third world, kind of way. On the other hand, extrapolating from my visit to Russia, Ukrainian girls are hyped because they are essentially hot white girls who also have tight girl game.

If you want the Asian version of Ukrainian girls, Philippines is not the answer, but South Korea is. But it means that they are a lot harder than Filipinas plus Korean guys are probably the most alpha Asian nationality. The main difference between Korean and Ukrainian girls is that unlike Ukrainians who have more natural beauty, Koreans naturally aren't that hot, but their girl game is on par with Ukraine so Korean 4s often are able to turn themselves into 7s on the surface at least. Hmmm, this thread piqued my interest so I’ll chime in. Some background: I am a multiracial, part-Pinoy, who was born and raised in the Philippines. I have always had the “Colonial Mentality” of being attracted to white girls, but when I migrated to the US, I quickly grew disgusted with American women. Since then, I started dating Europeans. I had a Czech girlfriend for over a year, met through my travels there. I went right in for the kiss as soon as I met my girl when she picked me up at the airport and it felt as though I was rewarded the rest of the time for such bold displays. Bear in mind that was after chatting with her online the previous two months and after sexualizing the conversations.

Your mileage may vary, as there really isn’t a foolproof game for Ukrainians, but that was my experience.

That said I’ll echo what’s been mentioned in the thread. Go wherever the women make your dick hard. Sex with my Ukrainian girl was much more amazing than with any Pinay I’ve experienced, because well, that’s what I’m attracted to... I have close friends that have the opposite experience. You’ll never really know for yourself until you go and try it out. Yeah, the Honorary Philippine Consulate in Ukraine requires a copy of the purchased ticket for the flight, the hotel reservation with her name on it, her UA passport and a bunch of other minor things. It’s about $60 and they issue the visa in about 10 days.
