Believe it or not; Crossfit used to have really hot chicks, almost 10 years ago. As the workouts and weights have progressed, and the primary goal has moved to competition, away from creating useful functional fitness, bodies have grown. To each his own, but not my cup of tea.

This was suggested to me by youtube for some reason. I don't follow crossfit at all and i don't think i've ever watched a "crossfit" video on my youtube account.

The girl who is in in the video for the first couple of seconds is actually one of the CF poster girls. Her name is Sara Sigmundsdottir from Iceland. She represents everything whats wrong about women doing Crossfit. If you look at her face and listen to her talking I think she is kind of cute. With a normal female body with proper proportions she would be easily an 8 in the Western world. But unfortunately Crossfit destroyed her body.

I still believe that CF is a great sport for guys and I love doing it more than any kind of sports I have tried before. However women should do this sport in a very moderate fashion and focus on the cardio elements. I would say in an average CF gym only 5% of the girls are getting to this beast kind of level. The rest of the girls are either chubby as anywhere else or are in a really good perfect proportioned shape.

As a side note I really can recommend to watch this documentary where you posted the trailer. It gives really good insights on the sport of Crossfit.

There was a program on PBS years back (Frontline or NOVA.. can't remember which) that detailed what happened to the East German woman's Olympic team members. Those women were all sorts of fucked up from the steroids and other drugs injected into them, to make them super athletes. It was one of the saddest programs I ever watched.

There is a narrow window of hotness or badassness that works in women. The Linda Hamilton T2 survivalist look is hot. It's not at the top of my list of bangable female archetypes, but it's in the running.

Interestingly enough she got busted for something that is almost barely considered a PED, and not the most common female steroids like anavar or test, which provide the real advantages. For anyone who's interested, they found traces of ibutamoren (also known as MK-677), an oral chemical which at best increases sleep quality, and provides mild increases in HGH levels for slightly increased growth and recovery, barely anything compared to actual HGH injection. It provides some slight benefits but nothing compared to the actual steroids that most female crossfitters are on.
